5 workers. no one doing anything. 2 workers playing on the phone. when I ordered 2 smoothies, one of the workers looks mad and hands the other my reciept and actually says, "I don't wanna make these". Really???? $8. for a small, and I don't get a smile or a thank you. No thanks

I wanted to buy a dragonfruit smoothie when I walked in. But apparently the one of the employees(Caucasian lady with glasses) was training another employee. She prioritized training the new employee over the customers that were waiting(about 5 customers). There was a lady in front of me that didn't even order yet and the employee had the nerve to tell her that she couldn't help her because she was training someone and that she had to wait. There's a time and place for training, you don't train when you got a line forming and customers are there waiting. There were FOUR employees and none of them assisted the customers. I walked out in disbelief that an employee would prioritize training over paying customers. I've never seen anything like it.

This place is in a pretzel store. So don't expect them to know how to make a smoothie!!!! I got 2 drinks from them and it doesn't taste like a smoothie at all. They made one that taste like milk with peanut butter. It was soo bland and watery! They other drink was sooo concentrated of passion fruit syrup. Ughhhh what a waste. How dare you call yourself planet smoothie.
