We had the pleasure of having them cater our son's college graduation in May 2022. From start to finish, Fermin was a pleasure to work with. The prices were fare and straight forward. Fermin was very responsive and accommodating when I had questions or wanted to add additional items to our order. On the day of the celebration, they arrived with plenty of food and a friendly staff. Their carnitas is out of this world. I can easily say it is the best carnitas I have ever had. I could eat their carnitas tacos every day of the week. I also really like the flavor of their rice. It is one of the best I have had. Avocado salsa is delicious to add to your taco, or use as a complement to their chips. Now, the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.
