Went in order ice cream for my family nothing to crazy the gal who made one of our ice cream accidentally put nuts on our ice cream when checking out I let her know there wasn't supposed to be nuts on it she attempted to scrape them off when getting in the car and telling my husband since it was his he was not thrilled he went back in and the manager came up and he told her there wasn't supposed to be nuts on it she argued and said we'll there's nuts on the receipt looks like there was supposed to be nuts . Yes you charged us for nuts we didn't not order nor asked for a refund just wanted ice cream made right . Bummer people act like that's especially a manager

When I called to order a cake I was told by the decorator "I'm too busy right now can you call back later?" So I did...I picked up the cake on the 19th of August, and I was Absolutely dissatisfied with the cake decorator, she was rude and extremely unprofessional. I told her what I wanted in regards to colors and style, and she did the bare minimum. Not the style or colors I wanted at all. To top it all off, the front of the cake got smashed a little with the box. It was for my daughters 15th birthday, we just accepted the cake and laughed at it at the end of the day. All I'm going to say is, I know of so many people that would happily take a job like hers and do it well with great customer service

One of the ladies are rude not only to us but to her co workers. If she doesnt like her job then just quit. she even grabs her co worker's hand away . She even ask her to help her. coz i ask for only 2 regular cones for 2 quarts i bought.she even said "how am i supposed to know that?!" I even deserved more than 2 regular cones. Its annoying this lady is. My daughter just said she needs a spoon. and there she goes saying upset "Im jst getting to that!" We are not even demanding. An ice cream place should be a happy place and we dnt want workers who will just upset customers like that. The receipt says her name is Alicia.

I didn't like it because they charge like $2 for each topping on my ice cream sundae and that's such a rip off of money so just go to mango crazy were they don't charge for each topping. Thanks drop the mike

Why is it that online it shows that the store closes at 10:00pm while the workers there close at 9:00 or earlier? If they are supposed to close at 9:00 change the online hours. This is also the second time that we go there and its closed early. I would like the ACTUAL hours.

It's always been my favorite place to eat ice cream. I also love their banana, strawberry smoothies! I recommend going there during the summer time! You won't be disappointed!

The girl working there tonight is so kind and such a good front for a business. I called in an order for my door dash and she was just so helpful. When ever I go in, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, there's genuine people who work there that get unrecognized. Thank you!!
