My family went to this place for dinner this evening and I will tell you this, as a former prep and line cook, I would not give this place the time of day for another one of their burgers. When I was taught by my head chef at the restaurant that I used to work at, he taught me the number one rule of cooking food, "if you won't eat it, don't expect anyone else to eat it either". Well to be blatantly honest here, I wouldn't feed the dry burgers from this place to my dog. I used to frequent this restaurant in my younger days but unfortunately it has changed hands and has gone downhill. Even most of my friends quit eating here since it last changed hands. Yes I used to be in the food service industry, but my health has declined so I had no other choice but to quit food service altogether except in a food tasting capacity. So yes I do some critiquing from time to time and this is one of those times. Good luck to Atwater Fosters Freeze, I hope you get better at producing better burger soon. You never know, one day I may be back to try another burger.

Horrible customer service. The girls that work there are very rude. I had talked to one of the girls asking for ranch once I had my meal that I paid $25 for. And they wanted to charge me $75 for a ranch the girl there was very rude and she needs better customer service as she was rude the whole time even said we had this problem with you before and I was like what I haven't been here in like four or five months. They really need to train the staff there on customer service and not charge for ranch once someone spends $25 on a meal. It's already expensive and they want to charge you for extra Ranch ridiculous! And rude stuff!
