I had not been to a Jack in the box for several years. Jack in the box was my go to place for burgers when I was younger. but given it that I took a small road trip with my soon to be teen son who asked for Jack in the box, I decided to stop and order myself my old favorite ( Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato’s and onions. Let me tell you that the burger came out well presentable like if it was meant for a commercial and the taste was pretty delicious too, it made me reminisce of my youth years. ;-) I also noticed the employees kept this place really clean. The only shock I received was the spike in prices from when I last ate at Jack in the box, but with todays crazy inflation prices, nothing really shocks me anymore. LOL.

Great hamburgers. I love their sourdough burger and the ultimate cheeseburger. Burgers are more expensive than at other fast food places, but, they are good.

Usually my favorite fast food restaurant. However, my "spot" has had many issues of late. The burgers were RED. The restaurant refused to take care of the issue. Also my daughter had to go inside to retrieve my debit card.

Very disapointed i just spent 30 bucks through the drive thru and all my food was cold and stale my fries were beyond stale my spicy chicken sandwich that was 13 dollars was burnt beyond anything ive ever seen but cold on the inside wow this happened the last 3 times ive came here,the only reason i come here every once in a while is cause its literally the only thing open at night if your in a hurry going to work and you need something quick but wow disapointed every single time, i will never be returning here ever again big thumb down to this place
Ordered grilled chicken sandwich and got a chicken sandwich instead. When asked to replace it got grilled chicken with normal bread. After getting irritated with their service when asked for refund then they exchanged it again.Please add some senior staff. The staff are young and very irresponsible. They didnt give me receipts saying thats not working and they don’t know what customer service is. Never coming back to jack in the box again.
