I stopped going there. The last time I ordered a pizza from there, they were very chintzy on the meat. I got about five pieces of salami dispersed throughout the pizza, as if I wouldn't notice.

You would think they would hire at least one more person to work a Sat night. There was one single person making pizzas. There's no reason I should wait in the parking lot for 20 mins after I placed an order 30 mins prior to that.

It's disgusting how they make pizza. I watched as a delivery driver came in after a delivery and started tossing dough over her arms hair and all. It's the same way all of the employees make pizza. The workers didnt have my food ready and told me it was already picked up. They told me it was going to be a wait since somebody stole my order. I asked why did you give my order to someone else and they said the person gave my same name. What!? Now Im confused how did they know my name and order? Inside job! After I called them out, I seen one of the workers smile and put their head down in shame. I told them just cancel the order. After that and seeing unclean habits I'm done.

I love their pizza ! I think their first deals are amazing and not to mention the pizza is always tasty. I’ve never had an issue. Every time I order carry out or delivery my order is accurate. Not to mention one time I ordered carry out but couldn’t get out the car as I had my child asleep in the car. I called them when I arrived and asked if they could bring my order out. They did and I was so thankful!

I've been waiting months and several visits to review this place as it's brand new to the community and wanted the kinks to be ironed out. Here it is:Papa John's as a company has declined in its marketing, quality, and taste. However, this location has stepped it up, in the beginning the pizza was really greasy and the quality was poor and so was the customer service (when recently opened), since then the quality has gone up, pizza has been way better (although they could be more generous with toppings - skimpy even when ordering extra), and the customer service has been amazing!Each time there has been an issue (2 liter forgotten, missed item in order) they've been very helpful and made it right. On top of that, although it says "curbside pickup" that isn't something offered by this location or in it's app, but when I really needed them to come through for me and bring the pizza to my car, they had no problem with it. I genuinely hope they continue to keep this up and prove the public wrong about their chain. The local community needs better customer service and good quality places to visit and right now this place is on that list.

Pretty brutal. Haven't had Papa John's in several years. Quality went way downhill, and they're quite skimpy with toppings.

I've given this place so many chances and they continue to disappoint everytime! 1 out of 4 orders are actually correct. Their workers touch the register then go touch food without washing their hands. If you're feeling adventurous and want to play Russian roulette with your order, to see what you actually get compared to what you order, go for it! I'm never coming back here.

When you call to order you're talking to someone that is definitely not at the store annoying. Ordered a few things and it was $76 . Wayyyyyy more than I thought it would be. When my boyfriend picked it up they refused to give him a detailed receipt. The guys crumpled it up in front of him and threw it in the trash after being asked multiple times. the guy made him feel like he was a total inconvenience and was so rude from the beginning. The receipt part was just unacceptable. Never going back.
