This Starbucks in the Atwater CA Target store consistently has the best lattes--you can actually taste and smell the coffee! I asked one of my other fav Starbucks (also in Atwater) why the inconsistencies and their answer is that the machine in that particular store may not be calibrated correctly.

The staff is great. Outside of that, the wait time is a little unbelievable. The concept of ordering ahead is to save time. I recently placed an order which gave an 11 minute estimate. It took a total of 27 minutes to get my drink. I understand the 11 minutes is an estimate but When it is double the time, that's not very accurate.
