This Subway is not worth eating at to be honest, and they are unreasonable and will not accept your paper coupons due to store managers request. However no sign is posted anywhere and they will not tell you until you are about to pay. I highly recommend eating at Subshop at 1844 Bellevue rd Atwater ca. Or Sourdough & Co. at 1809 Bellevue Rd Atwater ca :)

Ordered online and forgot to get my sandwich toasted and when I got there they refused to toast my sandwich… Horrible Service to one of their regular customers. Never coming back.

Let me first start by saying I just got out of the hospital and grabbing my family dinner before I go back home. I stop here right quick and the first lady who helped me stopped mid getting my bread for me and left to go help someone with ice and I waited until another young lady to come help me and her attitude showed very quickly. My first question for her was to please not put ham on my sandwich and if she could instead add turkey and before I could finish she said no "we don't do that" I then just said I don't want ham and I want to add more meat which i would like turkey. She rolled her eyes and just kept moving right after she put my sandwiches in the toaster I tried to tell her I also need two pizzas but she walked away and went to ring me up once back I told her and again rolled her eyes. Now while adding veggies I asked for avocado and she tried to give me a last little piece of one that's been sitting out and was all brown and I asked if I could not have that one and again eye roll. Mind you I am very very polite and after getting out of the er I'm even more quite and polite. So after getting everything and I pay she bags up my sandwiches and cookies in a paperbag but leaves my two pizza out on the table I asked if I can get a bag for those since I have to carry everything myself to the car and it's just me there. She then just places a bag on top of my boxes and proceeded to go help the customers who just walked in. Whatever I just shrugged it off and bagged it myself and as I was walking out the sandwich bag she bagged up ripped apart and everything fell out the only thing that was messed up was a box of cookies they broke open on the floor and I asked if I can get a new box of cookies and the two girls looked at me with the look like I'm being crazy for asking for new ones and one say "you want new ones?" And i said "yeah please beacuse i dont want to eat cookies that fell on the dirty floor" . I then ask for a plastic bag I see they have hanging from the counter and they said no we can't give you those, thoae are only for employees. so again I just say ok and ask for two new bags so they don't rip again the girl gives me a ripped bag off the counter and I have to tell her please can I have one that is not broken and an extra one she only will give me one and no one bothered to even help me pick anything up they just rolled their eyes and over charged me and didn't want to give me new cookies that fell on the floor because they gave me a busted up bag to begin with. I will absolutely never ever come here again. I am the most polite customer you can ever get I don't bug and try to just get in and out and I honestly never experienced someone being so overly rude for no reason.

Staff doesn’t know what’s going on, asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and bro looked me dead in the eye and gave me some whole grain non sense. They act like they’re rationing the Turkey and bacon and get bent outta shape if you ask for more. Meat to vegetable ratio is horrendous. Might as well have just have ordered a lettuce sandwich. But anyways yea 0/10 got to the one on G st and Yosemite in Merced.

Nothing to get excited about. What's pretty disappointing is that both of these Atwater locations do not accept the Atwater area coupons that come in the mail. The Subway website shows that half of the Merced locations, Turlock.. Waterford, etc locations accept the coupons however.. Atwater and Livingston locations do not. Any opportunity to give a little back in the instance that prices have risen and quantity has become less yet they opt not to coupons. The franchise owner is Greedy for sure.

The service here is absolutely horrible. I came into the store and some of the staff were sitting on the floor behind the counter. I had to wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. They are very stingy with their sauces and vegetables. They were really rude when I asked about mail in coupons. They have accepted them before but now they don’t. I would not recommend this store at all.

Request meat and cheese only for a child, received tomatoes and Mayo in addition. WhT is the point on online ordering if you aren't going to do what is asked.
