4/22/24 Ordered for family and they forgot an entire order for one of my relatives. They added their fries , but forgot the burger. They never gave me a receipt, so there was nothing they could do.

I have used the drive through a few times. Each time my order has been wrong. Maybe its a language barrier seems the female at the window doesn't understand what I'm ordering.

Ordered and paid but was not given a receipt. I thought maybe it was in the bag but no. I thought I had ordered another order of fries but it wasn't in the bag and had no receipt to check. The girl gave us our food and drink and indicated that was all until I reminded her our strawberry shake was still on the counter behind her. The freeway noise makes drive through ordering very difficult.

Every time I come to the habit in Atwater I’m reminded why I shouldn’t go . Not sure if there a language barrier or if the people working there generally have a disability. Maybe a little bit of both . It shouldn’t be that hard to get an order correct . Don’t waste your time here drive to in&out In Merced or Turlock because at least there your food is fresh and they can comprehend your order
