Ordered the candied bacon whopper yesterday, I got food poisoning and became very ill, contacted burger King around 8pm and told one of the workers what happened, he then said so what and hung up on me and ignored calls rest of the night.

Most of my experiences have been ok, but I once had a really bad experience with them not honoring coupons.Vegetarian options: I like the impossible Whopper, but some vegetarians will balk because it is cooked on the same grill as meat.

Always serves cold fries, cold food. Always thought that food was supposed to be at a certain temperature before it was served to you according to the health inspector but I guess they just pay that guy off to stay in business around

Stopped by on Saturday October 14 evening after a gig at a winery. Have been to many BK's and other hamburger joints and always get the quickly assembled messy wrapped burgers with cheese halfway on and off the burger, sauce lettuce onions on the wrapper and just messy, usually accompanied by so so fries. I ordered two Texas Whopper meals to go and didn't expect anything special. Let me tell you I was shocked when I got the order! The burgers were wrapped so neatly like a Xmas present that I was excited to unwrap! I should have taken a picture ? but not the social media type! The Whoppers were put together beautifully just like the pictures for once, no sauce dripping, no onions, tomatoes or lettuce out of place. Crispy bacon and just the right amount of jalapenos! Tasted even better than it looked with hot Crispy fries. I'm near Elk Grove but any time I need to be in Auburn area I will definitely be back. Shout out to the BK staff that were on duty that night!
I like Burger King Greenback Lane to order a Whopper, medium size rings or fries with medium size Sprite & A Hershey’s Sundae Pie.

Foods ok not the greatest. The only major problem this place has is when there is a certain type of person running the drive through line. I'm assuming they are family of the owner Or definitely related. They make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Not to mention the language barrier. Well with all the inflation and ungodly prices of food going up. It won't be hard to just stop going out to eat especially with very poor customer service just like the McDonald's next door.
Rude and idiotic loser employees and maybe manager whom drives the Blue car they speak Spanish and trash on customers in front or behind their shoulder when I called them out speaking Spanish in return the upper the abuse transcends and built to a point i was disrespected Everytime I entered and it felt many of time the employees alter or mess with the food as it would be different Everytime disgusting humans who I even asked my first time if they accepted tips because I thought they were underappreciated not underwatched as the sociopaths poison you.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Friday at about 8:15pm and were delighted to find a mostly empty, very tidy, fully stocked, and well cooled lobby. We were greeted by a friendly team member who promptly took our order. Our order was ready for dine-in approximately 7 minutes later and was piping hot, fresh, as ordered, and well presented. The onion rings were just perfect - hot, crispy but not overcooked, and not excessively greasy or soggy. Our entire order was clearly fresh (including the produce on our burgers) and made to order. We'll be back next time the mood strikes for a whopper, onion rings, and chicken fries, all better than expected. ??
