Very knowledgeable owner and distiller. He was great to meet and walked us through each of his products which was great. The distillery is located in a light industrial park. You get a pour of each and and an answer to any questions. We ended up buying 3 bottles. One each of the Gin, Bourbon and Brandy.
This guy makes all his own spirits. They are distilled on the premises. On my last visit, he had gin, whiskey, bourbon, and a cask strength, scotch whiskey. All fabulous, tasting is available.

A really great place.Tasteful gins, brandys, and whiskeys. He knows his stuff, is entertaining and fun, and loves talking about Auburn and our local community, his experience, and tasting notes of the spirits.
