“I can't say enough good things about Eric and the Valiant Coffee team. I've always loved their coffee as it's freshly roasted, amazingly delicious and local to us. This year I decided to share some of my favorite coffees with all our customers and they quickly roasted and put together over 200 bags of coffee. “Only on my first week, my only regret is I haven’t found this place sooner! Wow, they do an amazing job making healthy food taste GOOD. My husband is picky and he loves the meals too. We are so happy we found a way to continue eating healthy with a two parent working home… no more cooking in the kitchen I can spend my free time with my kids and still know we will enjoy our healthy dinner. Can’t recommend enough if your goals are healthy (but really delicious) CLEAN meals. And they taste just as fresh many days after arrival!UPDATE FOUR MONTHS LATER: I had surgery and only ate these meals for four days after. I recovered twice as fast as expected and felt really good within days (I don’t think it’s a coincidence). It also made it so my husband didn’t have to worry about food. We have had the same server every visit and he was beyond amazing! The atmosphere is so cozy and warm and welcoming. I am so picky with food and I have absolutely loved everything I have eaten there.
