Would give zero if I could. I love Costa Vida, but will NEVER return to the one in Auburn. The service and food was terrible! I went to pick up an online order and was told that a side of hot sauce was an extra charge! Not only is this quite odd, but the worker was very condescending about letting us know. This is the ONLY location that charges for hot sauce. I left and got back to work to find that I also had the wrong burrito! Not having time to drive back on my lunch break I decided to eat it. That was a bad idea! The sweet pork was super dry! This is just crazy to me! I called to let them know about the mix up and was met with a very rude person on the other end. When I asked to speak with the manager she said that she WAS the manager. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

It was exceptionally good last night. I had the shredded beef burrito and it was delicious, it is also their special on Mondays so costs less, nice perk !!

Their lettuce was brown and they would not go in the back and get any fresh lettuce, so I had to bypass that. Their guacamole scoop for 99 cents is the most ridiculously small one I have ever seen. I hope the rest of this is Baja Bowl is good, because so far I am not impressed.

Think Cafe Rio, but just a little bit better, think Chipotle, but a lot better tasting (sorry, not trying to down the other restaurants, just easier to explain with a comparison).

Mostly disappointed. The female behind the counter overcooked the tortilla and ripped it in multiple places as she started. The flavor and food mostly was accurate. However, multiple stems as I was eating the food and the horchata tasted mostly like watery milk
The food was good but portions are pretty small considering the price.

Love their food but, with the recent addition of the kids they hired. (Not sure what happened to all their workers.) Our orders have been wrong a few times in a row. Not the same quality as they use to be but, in order to avoid this as much as possible I would NOT place a mobile or online order for this location so that you can watch and make sure they do at least a decent job.

I'm NOT paying $3 for a soda! That is a complete rip-off no wonder when they send a coupon you have to buy 2 sodas to get the deal. The price of the food is expensive enough but the soda cost really makes me not want to go to this place.
