Last 3 weeks in a row. Food took 20-30 minutes. It looks like 1 person is on the grill but the other has to take drive-through orders, take walk-in orders, fill drinks and fill orders,Make french fries and all other special order items run food out to waiting vehicles hustling with a great attitude the whole time.There’s no one to clean restrooms or tables.They are losing business because people leave who don’t want to wait.I order using the app and wait 20 minutes before...read full review
Had to double check the sign on the door cuz I thought I walked into a waffle house from the staff to the general cleaning. The floor had a layer of oil. Service was a bit chaotic. One customer definitely disappeared in the bathroom a suspiciously long time. "Drugs" would explain nearly every issue lolIt was a fun time off the highway.

We just recently started going back to this Jack in the box because they have been getting my order right and are fast and friendly. My husband and I stopped going for a while and used to complain about this particular Jack in the Box, along with other people we know.
