Togo's doesn't even deserve one star I paid for 2 9in sandwiches and 3 brownies through Uber Eats. I received two brownies one way past any kind of expiration date and two 6-in sandwiches one was made completely wrong and missing half the ingredients and the other one I guess they spilled jalapeno juice and the bread was soaked, I basically threw $60 away ordering from Togo's. Don't waste your money there.

I'm am giving this trip to Togo's a four on food. While the service was great, as usual, I was not impressed with the new French Dip sandwich. I never considered this sandwich as spicy. I'm not much of a spice girl, so when I took the first bite, I was quite surprised at the spice. I tried a bite without the dip. It was definitely the roast beef that wad spicy. I bought a 6" and normally have no problem finishing that size sandwich. I only eat hslf. While the flavor was good, it just had too much after bite. I'll save the rest for dinner.Sorry Togo's...not a winner in my book.Wheelchair accessibility: Dosen't have a curb ramp close to the entrance. You have to use the ramp a couple of doors to the right.

I have no idea why this shop does not have a high Google rating. I have been here multiple times and have always been greeted with professionals. Sandwich is always spot on delicious. And they listen to customers requests. The Manager is awesome, I should remember her name. In any case. This location is awesome. 2 thumbs up ?

Walked in with my daughter and one employee just walks away. Ok, I can tell this is going to be interesting. The lady behind the counter looks like she doesn't give a crap that we are there. Apparently they are out of ice so she can't give decent customer service? Anyway she begrudgingly makes the sandwiches and even throws in a free coke in a bottle because they are still out of ice. The food is decently made. She forgot the lettuce and tomatoes I asked for but still made ok overall. Then the other guy who left so we could wait 5 extra minutes to order comes back with a few bags of ice. He goes to refill the ice machine and promptly spills half the bag in the process. He cleans it up while the lady at the counter tells annoyingly loud stories to the other people dining inside about how the owner wanted to sell her the store during Covid. We get refills..with ice!!!!! And leave. I really didn't like the feel of this experience. I used to frequent Togos and it was never like this before.

Very dirty behind the counter, everything sitting out. Dry lettuce, pastrami wasn't hot. Threw the sandwich away. Been eating Togo's for a long time, First #9 I didn't like.

Ok. First off, it's Togos. It's a chain you know what they have. This location makes the food they make. It's always pretty good.So why am I writing this review? The staffI didn't catch her name but she's been there a while. Must be 16 years old. Was working tonight (dec 28). This young woman kicks a$$. She always works hard, always friendly, always seems happy to be there. She turns a regular chain experience into something better.Fantastic job.

Got a door dash for a #16 Italian. Asked for no Italian dressing add mayo. Add olives. No tomatoes no peppers. I got a sandwich that had a pinch of lettuce, a huge handful of olives, a ton of onions and a crap ton of Italian dressing on it. Plus there was these brown things in my sandwich. What kind of idiot makes a sandwich and put that on there? Come on now.... The meat looked different then the usual and I always get the same exact sandwich. Waste of money. Won't go back to this location that's for sure. Door dash isn't cheap.
A bit disappointed. The person who gave me my food was really nice and courteous. I ordered online and picked up in store. When I got home: 1 Sandwich was not toasted and had mustard on it when I requested no mustard, Another sandwich did not have the mayo added, the extra Italian dressing or wheat bread as requested. The salad and 3rd sandwich was fine, thankfully. Usually we do not have trouble with Togos and this was extra upsetting as the staff was not busy at all. They were not making any to go orders and only had one customer eating in the restaurant. Not sure why they did not follow the instructions on the order. Checked the receipt and all of the customizations were there. Just very disappointing.

So disappointed, this location has gone down hill. Not only is it dirty from the entry door to the counter, I was a bit skeptical even ordering my lunch though I didn't want to judge by appearances only so I ordered the full size chicken Caesar wrap. It was not cut in half nor was it heated as it usually is when ordered at other locations yet I could live with that if only it wasn't drenched in Caesar dressing. It was inedible. Very disappointing!

I love togos, I don't usually go to the one in Auburn but since it was on my way to school I stopped there. I stepped inside and noticed how it didn't look very cleanly, like they haven't swept the floor in two weeks. Well I get my sandwich and not until after I'm done eating, I notice a bug leg in the wrapping. I actually want to vomit. I still can't believe it. I'm not coming back
