I went in to withdrawal money from their atm,their atm did not give me my money and the staff will not only insult you in hindi will flat out refuse to give the Manger number, I will be report this 711 to the ftc as well sdi
The guy that works here has really rude and disrespectful customer service, ignoring anyone that comes in and has is earbuds in, he couldn't even hear what were trying to tell him. Also we were trying to buy headphones and they were $14.99 and he was charging us $15.99. I told him the price is wrong and he rudely said no well too bad thats wrong. Then go change the price or atleast look at it and fix it!! Never coming here, this 7 eleven is dishonest and rude!

Some of the employees here absolutely Trash and don’t care about their customer service and their store. This is possibly the worst 7/11 iv been to or even tried shopping at. Huge improvements in their staff needs to be changed! I hate that this store has to be ran by the people it’s ran by!!
