Decided to come here after watching a movie next door, the employee that helped us was so nice !! I ordered the banana royale and my husband ordered 3 scoops, even though it was so cold outside it was nice and toasty in here . Super clean , great customer service I'm glad we came in !!

Super friendly and fast. Just order a single scoop of cookie dough on a waffle cone and was a great portion :) will be coming back!

Our kids love getting ice cream, but every single time we have brought them since we moved to this side of town last year, the bathroom has a paper sign taped to the door saying it's "out of order". It's difficult when you have young kids needing to use the bathroom and it never seems to be working.

Went in today at 1pm. The place was locked and the open sign was on. While my daughters and I walked away I saw the employee run back to the store from the parking lot and unlock the store. She saw us, but didn't say anything to us. She could've apologized and asked if she could help us.

Very bad service by kiran yesterday at 4:30 was very rude service there was no need for foul language when there was no rudeness or foul language towards them!!! I do not recommend this place

How hard is it to make a cake!!!? Way to ruin my daughter's birthday. Seriously, how hard is chocolate ice cream and chocolate cake hard to get right?
I love this Baskin Robins, I love their Daiquiri ice I cream. It is so good and tasty. The service is so much better then the other locations. Jazmin is the girl that mostly helps me here. She is so patient and kind. It makes the visit so much more pleasant. The store is also always very clean and it's a nice set up.

Immediately greeted upon entering this ice cream shoppe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ice cream was okay . I thought the prices were expensive for a tiny scoop of ice cream and some hot fudge and whipped cream it came to like $6. I ate that sundae in like three bites ... made for a kid . Didn't want to do another scoop... price would of just creeped up.

This Baskin Robbins is superior to others. The workers will go above and beyond for their customers. I had asked for whipped cream on my sundae ordered from Uber eats since this is no longer an option. They sent me the whole can- my husband and I couldn’t believe our eyes and my pregnant self teared up. It was such a kind gesture, made my night! Thank you Baskin Robbins!
