I received bad service by an employee (marquis) on ming ave , pizza blaze. He had a really bad attitude and seemed like if he didn't want to be there,he wouldn't even give eye contact when we we're talking to him, he would just ignore me and i kept repeating and just kept his head down making mad or annoyed faces. This is so bad I want to give you a 0 but that's not possible so I give you a 1. First off all the original tomato sauce ruined my mouth, gave me a cut on my tongue and gave me a sore throat. Pizza was good but the after effects did not serve me well!

Other than the groups of craziness that surround the place, several times some guy in a dress with a wand came in with full meltdown on his agenda for the night. The staff handled it like pros with one guy telling me it happens all the time. The food was as good as restaurant pizza cooked in 180secs can be. It's not great, but for the price, it's really good, and you will not find much better at any price unless you do it yourself.

Placed an order for delivery for asap and the food got here 12 mins sooner than expected was fresh and delicous!!! As a little joke I asked for my drizzle on the left half of the pizza(didn't really matter which half just didnt want it on the whole thing) and when I opened the box they had it positioned on exactly the left half!! Intentional or not i appreciate their attention to detail. That and my garlic cheese bread were delicious and will order again when I'm back in town!!

It was clear that the manager, Andrew built relationships with his team because they were all working so well together. Melissa, Nathan, Tamia, and Daniel were working hard. Ingredients fresh as always. Not a messy toppings area either. You could tell the manager Andrew had high expectations
I ordered online. They charged my card and never delivered my pizza. When I tried to call, there was NO WAY to speak to anyone. The automated system - no matter which option you try - does not connect to a person. At one point, the AI bot actually asked, "what do you want?" multiple times. No matter what I answered it would keep asking what I wanted.Don't waste your money or time! Stay away from this restaurant.

Definitely not what it used to be when they first opened! The quality of service has dropped drastically. No one greets you when you come in and their current staff is underprepared... didn't know how to ring with a gift card and wasn't sure how to utilize the app for points. I wait in line for 10min mind you I was the only one in line because they were prioritizing the online orders, but they should care for internal guest first or have someone work on online while the other focus on internal guest. Store cleanliness was okay...
