Brooklynns BBQ, catered our wedding in Oct 2023 and WOW! What a dream Team! I would highly recommend hiring them to cater your special events as they show up promptly ready to accommodate, the food was loved amongst all of our guests and the portions were great!! Great food! Horrible service! The waitress was too busy attending to the people at the bar and she appeared to be friends. Waited 40 mins for my to go order and the place was empty besides 1 couple dining in. Before that I called to place the order by phone and waited on hold for 3 mins. I had to ask about my order to a bus boy finally. It was a white girl that didn’t care at all. Finally after I asked they got my order! Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE waitress too worried about her friends about the bar! Finding a new place for BBQ!!!!

Food & service was AWFUL! They were out of chicken and tritip. Everything came out cold or wrong. The grilled onions on my sandwich were burnt making it taste disgusting. & our waitress ended up asking if we just wanted to cancel our order & leave.

I don't know how the food is because I called to order and they told me just a second and have been listening to the Denver vs Kansas City game for 47 minutes now.....So they finally answered the phone and I ordered 2 loaded baked potatoes and enough Mac and Cheese for a family. I got the 2 loaded baked potatoes and two small sides of Mac and cheese for $40. I love the food here but I am not pleased with the service today.

Entire family got sick.Food was greasy. Fries were freezer-burned. I could have thrown the busicut through a window and shattered it. Everything seemed to be cooked or coated in old cooking oil. The amount of corners this place is cutting is unethical. Dead on a friday night with what I'm sure is old food served to people. How much liquid smoke do you need to pour on to convince your customers you know how to use a BBQ? I bet there isn't a BBQ on the premises. The owner needs to cut his losses and close before he hurts someone. Shame on this place.Bathrooms were also very unclean. Keep you and your loved ones safe. Stay far away from this place.

Worst brisket ever!! I really hate writing this review, because when they first opened my husband and I came here and they had really good service and food. The potions were just small, so we never went back. Sunday is family dinner and we decided to come here because no one else in the family had been here. So before you even walk in they have a outside patio, which they still haven't done anything with since they opened. As you walk in there is no one to greet you. The waitress yelling from the bar area asking how many? And then pointing you over to where you can sit. Walking by the stage, (they have bands play there), I looked at the carpet and it was the most disgusting thing I've seen. So I slowly looked around the whole place and it really needs to be cleaned up and remodeled. The waitress came over and took our drink order. When she came back we ordered our food and appetizers. She did mention they were out of chicken. Now let me mention we got there before 4:30 pm, because this is important. About 15 minutes later our appetizers come. We're just talking and laughing having a good time. Then about 15 more minutes later the waitress comes over and tells us, they are out of tri tip! Are you serious?! So, my husband and one of my daughters canceled their order, I just got the 1 meat plate, my other daughter and SIL ordered sandwiches, and my other SIL just ordered extra brisket. We waited about 20 more minutes and the girl who brought us our food looked like she didn't know what she was doing. She couldn't hand you a plate without her almost dropping it on you. Going around the table, my grandson got his cheeseburger, my granddaughter got her mini corn dogs. The plate that was brought out with my SIL sandwich, didn't have fries so they took it back and was never brought back out. My daughters sandwich was suppose to have grilled onions and they were so burnt and looked like someone got them out of the trash can. My SIL and my food was brought out. It was so cold and tasted so disgusting. The waitress apologized for everything and comped everything. I asked if it was a bad day? She says the main cook didn't show and it was close to closing. Close to closing?! Your time says 10:30am - 9pm! Like what the heck!! Oh by this time is was almost 6. So no I do not recommend this place. They need to upgrade the inside, their waiters, cooks, and food!!! Run don't walk to saltys!

I left a good review before, but I had to do another one to give a special shout out to the lovely ladies Cassie, Julie, and Harmony! They are so welcoming when I come to order. I feel at home everytime I visit and the food is amazing, in my opinion. They are very hard-working and I know how it felt to be in service to the public when I worked in the food/hospitality industry. It takes exceptional people, such as these wonderful ladies to keep business flowing. I commend them for being the absolute best in service! Keep up the great work! Ordered 2 14oz New York Steaks to go for my hungry grandchildren but there were no flavors, seems like it was cooked in water. The kids did not eat it & just went to waste.

Delicious and fresh BBQ, love the Mac and cheese, and the nacho fries, the brisket is amazing and melts in your mouth, the pulled pork is out of this world, and literally everything I tried, I really enjoyed. The restaurant and restrooms is pretty clean, the atmosphere is cozy and comfy, and the staff was all very friendly and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and our time here! I highly recommend this restaurant if your craving delicious BBQ and want to go somewhere you will feel welcomed.
