Anthony and his team have been great working with this past school year for our Parent University for BCSD. Our families and staff have enjoyed their delicious food and their great customer service. If you are planning an event to feed 250+ guests I highly recommend using Caesar's Deli!!

I had a frustrating experience with the staff recently. I ordered online on Presidents' Day but when I went to pick up my order at the store, I found it closed with only a note on the door. When I called today to request a refund, I was abruptly hung up on after waiting on hold for 4 minutes. Upon calling back, the staff member quickly put me on hold without giving me a chance to speak. Eventually, I was informed that I would receive a refund in a couple of days, but no apology was offered for the inconvenience. It seems like apologies are no longer a standard practice nowadays.

Ordered broccoli with Gorgonzola salad for my mom to sample, it was to go and Lasagna. The lasagna was burnt on the bottom but it made the whole lasagna taste burnt. Received broccoli with marinated tomatoes-yuck. I'm so done with to go ordering. 95% of everything I order not just from here is wrong. They wouldn't let me out in $0 for a tip so I paid 10% for shitty food and I'm driving to pick up my order and I'm charged a tip? Never again.

I've eaten here since I was in high school. Love the Roma! Always consistent. Great sandwiches.

Called in for a pickup order. Lady who answered the phone was rude and had attitude when I asked a question about a sandwich. I won't be going back to this location.

Use to be the best in town now it’s probably the worst. Sandwiches bread was crunchy like croutons, workers are rude and make you feel like you’re wasting their time. If you want Caesar go to the one on Wilson, the owners of this one obviously don’t care how or what you get

Outstanding food. For lunch I'd highly recommend the pickled tongue sandwich. Don't overthink it, just eat it. Delicious! For takeout grab a lasagna to take and bake. Several sizes and it's all ready to go in the cold case. The best! On a normal day there's plenty of seating inside & out to eat your sandwich. The storefront itself houses a selection of specialty grocery items along with the deli counter to take your order.

Caesars is my husband's favorite deli. Came in yesterday to pick up a large party plater. Nice presentation and it fed a crowd. Great selection of meat & cheeses. If you're looking for a good Italian sandwich try the Caesars special. Mmmm

There are a lot of good Sandwiches in town. Lots of good Delis. Caesars is one of the best. The old school. The sandwiches taste the same as they did 30 years ago. The bread is what makes them different. The best bread makes the best sandwich.

Always Delicious Italian Food and more! Support this local institution and eat inside, or on the patio, if the weather's right and the mosquitos are too cold to bite!

clerk used her bare hands to handle my dinner rolls, I had never been to this place before, I purchased a meal thru a fund raise, so this morning I picked it up, when I walked in, there was a customer in front of me, when the clerk took my name she put my order together, then she placed the bag on the side, she grabbed the rolls put them in the bag, then picked them up again and wrapped in plastic wrap, I did not say anything because there were about 3 customers in line, and did not want to cause a scene, as soon as I got to the parking lot in my car. I called and spoke to manager Anthony, and explained to him the situation, instead of him wanting to give me untouched rolls, all he said is that the clerk should have not used her bear hands and that he would speak to her about it. So much for customer service at this point I didn't want to try and get new rolls, so disappointing.

I haven’t been to Caesar’s in a few years. I went today ordered a deep pit and couldn’t believe that I got so little amount of meat. It seemed like they forgot to give me the other half of my sandwich and the other person I went with didn’t receive her sandwich as she ordered it. Therefore, I will not be going back. The cost of their sandwiches is a lot for so little care in their quality.

Christie at this location was very rude on the phone. When someone calls an establishment for pricing, they shouldn’t feel like they are burdening the business. Her customer service is horrid. I wouldn’t hire her if she was the last person on earth. Unfortunately, bad hires are how small businesses stain their reputation. I hope she learns how to speak and interact with customers because she just made the company look bad and will lose them money and clients in the long term. Bad customer service is very noticeable.
