Ordered spicy double western bacon cheese burger meal... with a chocolate shake no whip cream... and a spicy chicken sandwich.. simple order... so we thought... we got to the window.. the girl named Jessica took our payment and tried to hand us the milk shake... with whip cream... i stated we asked for no whip... she said back the person that took the order put whip.... so she took the shake back and proceeded to make the shake.. brought back the new shake and it was only 1/2 full... i asked her.. can you fill this shake up... it is expensive and she stated that she can't.. so i asked for a refund.... she talked to someone on the ear piece and told them i wanted a refund... then she shut the glass... then another women came to the window and stated that the shake machine does not allow them to fill up the shakes... so we were frustrated as it is so we proceeded to just ask for a refund... she put the transaction back on my card... then handed me a reciept.. so i had to take my husband to his infusion which was down town... he noticed that the double western that we ordered was only a single.. so i left the burger and drove all the way back to ming... walked in and waited to speak to the manager Kaymara???? She stated why did i take so long to come back and not call.. i told her i havd to take my husband to his appt with his food and drove back....i told her to ask the cook if she put 2 patties on the burger.. again they were not busy... the lady stated that she didnt know... So i asked the manager for corporate number. She stated that the number was on the receipt so i sat in my car and called the number... the manager answered the phone.. i asked if this was carls jr corporate and she hung up... So i walked back in and askes her why she did that and she stated she didnt.... and for me to have a nice day....I advise everyone that reads this... i felt so disrespected and degraded.... i wasn't trying to get free food i just wanted to pay for what we received.... i will never go back to this establishment again.... i have emaild corporate and will make it a point to speak about the behavior and the disrespect i received bybthis employee...

I appreciate her and your crew too! The morning cook always smiling and my food is always delicious! I just find that absolutely unnecessary to be told anything like that for whatever reason.Vegetarian options: They have one vegetarian option. It is the beyond meat burger. Which was not too bad.

I wanted to give a personal shout out to Sandra the shift lead and her store manager for helping with issue that was a nightmare for everyone involved. I placed my order online but it never showed in the system. Because I ordered online and not through the app, I couldn't cancel my order or get a refund for the $50 paid ahead of time. It took 20 minutes trying to figure it out, but I understand it was not the employees' fault; it was the online system's fault. In the end, I was happy with the resolution and will definitely come back again. I'll just order in person next time.

From the time I was in high school, I've been eating Western Bacon Cheeseburgers from Carl's Jr. It used to be my favorite burger back in the day. Those days are now long gone. For nostalgic purposes, I still return to a Carl's Jr to have one. The most recent visit occurred over the summer.The restaurant was clean inside. So I decided to eat my meal at their dining area. Finished just before someone came into the restaurant bugging people for money. Well, that is how it appeared from the outside looking in. Maybe I was wrong. Either way, the patrons the person was talking to inside did not look very pleased.My Western Bacon Burger tasted A-Okay. That's all I can ask nowadays at Carl's Jr. Decent meal at a fair price with good service at a clean restaurant.
