Rude wait staff (couldn't remember order 3 times) so I went to the bar for the forgotten drink. Rude bartender (couldn't make the drunk correctly) and they couldn't even get either one right. 8 customers, one hour wait for subpar service and one star food, all at a premium price. Don't waste your time.

Its a terrific place for happy hour snacks,Me and my bestie really love it.Dietary restrictions: Depending on the severity of your dietary restrictions, I wouldn’t bother going into a place like that or actually most of the places downtownParking: There is a parking structure downtown that is a few blocks from the hot spots but worth it for not having to park on the street.Kid-friendliness: Its a loud and busy bar, not for kids.I would not take my children downtown at night unless it’s a parade .
This place is amazing! The food, the drinks, the service all amazing! If i could give 10 stars I would! The food was fantastic from flavor to the chefs presentation this place is amazing! Don’t even get me started on the drinks! Huge selection of top shelf options and a fantastic crew to prepare whatever you request! If you want an amazing night with awesome food, people and drinks, Cask Strength is the place to be!

Cask Strength bar is a haven for whiskey aficionados! Their extensive selection provides a wonderful opportunity to sample various whiskeys and discover new favorites. For the true enthusiasts, I highly recommend their monthly Whiskey club - an experience in itself! Beyond their impressive spirit collection, their dining options are top-notch. The truffle fries, in particular, are an absolute delight and a personal favorite of mine. A must-visit for a fine evening of gastronomy and whiskey exploration!

My Aunt and I went to Cask to grab a bite to eat before a comedy show at the Fox down the street. We knew it would be busy being a Friday night and the night of a show, so we anticipated a wait. We walked in and were greeted by a gentleman who told us there were two parties ahead of us, but we would be sat third and we could grab a seat at the bar if any opened up. We only had to wait maybe ten minutes before seats opened up at the bar. We were happy.We ordered our food, three items from the appetizer menu, at 6:10. At 6:50, our food still hadn't arrived and the people who were sat at a table behind us at the same time already had their food and were almost finished. I politely asked the bartender to check on our food because we had a show to get to. She asked the bartender next to her for help, and that bartender told her to ask someone else. She returned to me saying our food would be another 5-7 minutes. She apologized and said it was her first night. Twenty minutes later, at 6:10, now an hour after we have ordered, our food still wasn't out. I flagged down the gentleman who originally greeted us at the door because it was brought to my attention that he is in fact one of the owners. I told him we had been waiting an hour for our food. He said, "oh, let me go check". No apology, but he did go check. At this point, I'm pretty upset and no longer understanding. It feels blatantly obvious that our patronage is not appreciated or wanted. I went to the restroom and was met by this gentleman on the way, he told me our food was being plated and it would be about two more minutes. I returned from the bathroom, two minutes later, and our food still wasn't there. My Aunt went to the restroom and when she returned, the food still wasn't there. Our food was brought out at 7:20, an hour and ten minutes after ordering. The other owner brought our food out, didn't look at me, or say anything to me, and actually made the new employee hand us our food. No apologies from either owner. No one asked how our food was. The male owner came over to us a few minutes after our food was dropped off and said "I took your raviolis off". That was literally all that was said. I was so offended and angry by our experience. I thought about saying something to the owners, but this whole experience, their obvious lack of caring, made me feel it would be pointless. We scarfed our food down and rushed out to make it to our show. Needless to say, we won't be back.

We came in about 4:45pm right as they opened and got seated. Staff was very friendly but seemed a little rushed and nervous. We placed our order and the food took about 35 minutes to be served. We looked around and no table had any food not sure what was going on in the kitchen and what the hold up was but the front waiter and waitress was trying to keep all calm. The food was ok not great. We didn't order any alcohol so I can't comment on that part. Service okFood okDecor ok

If you are looking for great food, service and a fun vibe... GO HERE!!!! Thanks to the other yelp reviews we decided to try Cask, and it definitely did not disappoint! There was a group of 8 people and when I called to make reservations, they said they do not take them and it was walking in only. We were kind of nervous that we wouldn't get a table but thankfully they accommodated our crew and we pretty much just ordered every appetizer on the menu and shared everything. Everything was so good and we ate it so fast that I wasn't even able to get pictures of it all. If you are an espresso martini person, this is one of the best I've ever had! We also tried the gin sour, gin gimlet, and four different versions of old fashions. I can't recommend Cash enough!
