So I'll add to my review. The food, service and atmosphere are still a 5 star, but I don't see where we can rate the employees.I am disabled and when using the restroom, I have to have the disability stall for the bars. I go in today at 10:45 to use the restroom only to have the disability stall occupied. No problem, I'll wait my turn. So as I'm standing there, I can see an employee shoes. Just sitting on the toilet. No noise coming from the stall, just sitting there. So I wait about 5 minutes and decide to rush home to use the restroom instead.This employee made it very difficult for a disabled customer to use the facilities.I assume she was taking a break and checking her phone.If you are not disabled, then use the regular stalls. Disabled people need the use of the bars to help them up and down off the toilet hole.Very disappointed in that employee.

We love our local Chick-fil-A restaurant.I really enjoy being able to order on the app while seated at the table with the grandchildren and then having the food delivered to our table. Everything is always delicious and all the team members are kind and helpful.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and requested no pickles and to add cheese. The sandwich I was given had previously had pickles on it and someone just removed them and handed it out with my order. The entire sandwich tasted like pickles. It even smelled like pickles. I find this unacceptable. They did remake my sandwich after the line peraon argued with the cashier about it and made me go get the sticker off my tray. Meanwhile my fries were cold by the time I got my sandwich and got back to my table. By the way, those tables are dangerous. The legs trip you and make you fall. Well I did anyway because it caught my foot and down I went.

First time actually trying Chick-fil-A. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It was so delicious. It was packed the drive thru, but the service went by so quickly and very well organized. I'm definitely eating here more often.

It really sucks to write this review, the last 2 times I have gone through the people handing you the food have been so rude and our order has been wrong the last 2 times. You can't be rude and not get the order right, I kind of feel for the price you should definitely be receiving better service. Stick to the Stockdale Location! Praying this location works out their kinks.

The employees are so friendly, patient and kind each time we go to Chick-fil-A, whether it's dine in or drive through. This week however everything ordered came out wrong. 1. Ordered Chicken Noodle soup because I was not feeling good. Instead I received chicken tortilla soup-not great for an upset stomach. 2. The grilled Chix sandwich was ordered without tomatoes, but there were tomatoes on it. Plus the bottom of the bun fell apart. The receipt was correct, so it must have been an error in the kitchen. Not planning on returning any time soon. Do better Chick-fil-A. What a disappointment.

I mostly order online. This time I ordered a Kids meal. The kids meal is pretty good. A good choice of sides to choose from, you can get a dessert if you don't want prize and good variety of drinks to choose from. The only thing about the waffle fries is that it is not too crispy. The order took about 4 mins to complete. Customer service is great.
