After eating here several times since their recent opening, I'd say this is one of the best chipotle experiences I've had. Staff have been friendly, food has been good, and the brand-new establishment is very clean. Overall no complaints thus far, but the online order only drive-thru concept is a bit confusing. It's actually very convenient once you understand the process, but I'm sure many older customers will not approve. Hopefully, this location can stay consistent with the quality and service!

I go to the one on Mount Vernon but I wanted to give this new spot a try. The chicken was dry the rice was OK not the best . I will be sticking to mt.vernon .

The rice in my husband and I’s items was hard/undercooked in comparison to Stockdale location, also got less chicken in my bowl. With the money we spend would prefer to have protein so I don’t get hungry in 1 hour after eating.

I was very disappointed with this location. I ordered two bowls on the app. The amount of food was a lot less of what I normally get from other locations. If this is something that continues I will be going elsewhere.

Rating this location a 1 star review was too generous. I placed an order here to pick up my food and I was left disappointed. This is not the regular location I go to, and this visit made it the first and last time I go here. Whoever made my burrito flooded it with sour cream and on top of that my burrito was formed into a small round ball like shape. The size of this burrito was around the size of my fist which is extremely small compared to all the other times I’ve ordered chipotle from another location. I’m not sure if they were rushing to make burritos or just have bad workers since this location is new, but they have failed to satisfy my craving. This was simply the worst tasting chipotle I have had, and it’s such a shame that they just let this new lovely built location go to waste. Also, they should have added another place here instead of Chipotle because there are already plenty of locations here in Bakersfield. If you are thinking of visiting this location I suggest you think again and go to another location where they will not only put the correct ingredients in your burrito, but make them twice the size for the same price.

Came tonight and everyone working was so nice and knowledgeable. They were patient with the customer in front of me who'd never been to a chipotle. Everything was hot and fresh. The drive thru lane clearly states it's for people who have placed their orders. Comprehension skills are hard for some people... So glad we have a chipotle close now!
