Customer service is really bad and unprofessional, they serve beer beverages to adults and then leave almost empty beer cups where little children can grab them, I am already watching over my children I don’t need to be supervising grow adults and making sure the area is a safe environment, over all not a good

We were going to have a party here but we went first to try it out it’s Ben so long , BUT OH MY GOD NO ??!! This place has gone down so bad the food was bad the service and they had that floor dirty all over they don’t wipe down toys it was dirty they had tables dirty and could not find a clean one it was not busy either this place need to be re done ☑️ with new whole management and workers who care and love this job! This place is very disgusting and I’m so pissed we only have one in Bakersfield,,, let’s do better people…. Let me work there all make sure things get done and make sure people do their job and not just get a paycheck

The cashier was great! The salad bar is not well tended to..and it should be for the price you pay. It smells like the carpet has mildew and it is not a pleasant smell at all.
Was great took my two kids on birthday with my mother got them stamped / ordered FOOD I and was in front row by Jurasicc park jeep game my daughter and son had a pic but lost it...employees were great two helped order and one stamped their handsParking: Security was great and parking by train was easy almost like by zoo one time by USC keck

We had not been to Chuckecheese in a few months. But I see they really upgraded not just the food, and games but also the staff. Everyone was so friendly and looked like they enjoy working there. One person in particular who stood out to us was Sebastian. He was very nice, patient and respectful. My children couldnt decide what to get with their points and he was okay with it, he didnt seem bothered or in a rush. My daughter has Autism and he was very kind and patient with her, he even remembered to give her a birthday star sticker before we left. Her birthday isn't till Feb 6, (LOL) but she had asked for one and he was kind enough to run and go grab one for her. She talked about it the whole way home (We live 40 minutes away). We are very pleased and can't wait to come back again soon.
