Completely wrong sauce, no extra cheese. I think they tried to make it better by giving EXTRA Zeppola but it really irks me that the pizza was totally wrong and I paid for the extra cheese. I stopped ordering from them but thought Id try again since its been a while; not again

I've been a weekly customer here for a few years. The pizza is solid and zero complaints. Tonight I popped in as I've done darn near every week for a few years. I typically order a pizza or pizza and salad to go, and have a beer while I wait. But tonight I when I tried to place my order to go, I was asked for my ph# prior to placing my order. I was told they needed it for their system?????? I told him it's a to go order, and I'm not leaving, but he insisted. Uh, no thanks. Like I need more spam texts. Then the dude asks for my name. There is nobody in the place, so I'm sure I won't be confused with anyone. I asked to speak with the manager, and a lady came out that absolutely was not the manager. I've been here at least 50+ times, so I do know who is who, and ordering is pretty simple. I explained what had happened, and I did NOT place an order. Last time I will ever come back here. They should have just taken my order and asked for money. That would have worked out just fine. Guessing there has been some staff turnover? The pizza is good. But it ain't that good. No thanks.

I have eaten this pizza for lunch over the years. They have a slice of pizza(huge) and a soda for $3.50. Recently I have ordered the Giant size pizza for delivery to feed the family a couple of times. I have a new favorite pizza place. The order comes reasonably fast and the pizza is delicious. Order extra because you will want leftovers for the next day.

Driver refused to follow directions provided via message through the app long before he even started to deliver our order. He called and I explain again and he Hung up on me. He stood in the rain with my food and waited rather than just doing what was asked. When my husband met him at the front gate of our complex to get our food he threatened him. Most unprofessional driver we have ever dealt with. Alex has been reported to customer service and the claim has been escalated.
