Horrible service, the waiters are very reckless and irresponsible

I placed a delivery order online and part of my food was missing. I called the restaurant to see what they could do. Staff and manager kept telling me I needed my receipt. I told them there was none on the bag but they kept saying they ALWAYS put one on. I told them I have an order number. I don’t know if the receipt fell off in the driver’s car but my bag was delivered without a receipt. It’s on my camera that the bag had no receipt. The manager again said the bags always have a receipt but she would look for it in their system and call me back. Never got a call back and I figured I wouldn’t because she kept insinuating I was lying. It was horrible service. Whoever the evening manager was on 4/11/24 needs more customer training.

Props to one of the best servers I’ve had and that’s Wendy! She really took care of my partner and I very well, made a very comfortable atmosphere while serving and just overall a great experience with her! Please tip your waiters and MOST certainly one like Wendy!!!

Luckily my wife and I got seated immediately, most of the time you have to wait for available seats. We knew what we wanted, so when the server came we ordered promptly and in a flash our food was served warm. We enjoyed the food which was deliciously cooked as we requested. Service was good, staff were always available and provide what is needed immediately. We love coming to this pkace.
