The ice cream itself is good just like any other dewars location. Although this is the worst location I have ever been to. I been coming to dewars since I was a child and NEVER felt this way. As soon as me and my friend walked in immidatley we were given the most judgmental stares ever. Not only by the customers but also the workers. My friend and I were very confused bc it wasn’t like we were dressed in a way that would cause attention or anything of the sort. We stared back and everyone just turned around it was super odd. One of the customers looked at me with disgust and then started giggling when I turned my back. The workers literally stared us down until we walked out the place. Then when ordering the guy was passive aggressive. A simple question like “do you guys have a menu” made him kinda sigh it was almost as if he wanted us to hurry up (mind you we aren’t taking long like at all plus there is NOBODY behind us). The whole entire experience was very overwhelming we couldn’t even enjoy sitting down and eating because everyone was staring at us like we were doing something wrong I kept asking my friend if he felt the same and he agreed. Not one person in this place looked like “us” and because of that we were receiving uncomfortable and unwelcoming amounts of stare downs. I hated walking in there I only came to this location because it was the only one open. I don’t recommend coming here if you look “different” from most the people who live in that area of town.

Good little ice cream shop with cute decor. The peanut butter ice cream is more like peanut ice cream. It's OK but lots of chunks of peanuts. I'm not a fan of chewing my ice cream. Pistachio was better, less nuts. Overall good.

Do not order your ice cream to go, they gave us a Sundae in a cup with a lid, literally just 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup. That's not a sundae.We went back and exchanged the cup (because it didn't appear to be the right order) the manager told us "that's how they do their sundaes now"anyway, this was $28, super overpriced.

My family and I did not feel welcomed both times we visited this location. Some of the employees were rude and did not attend our table as they did to others. Maybe it was because we are of color? Definitely wouldn't attend this location if you are a person of color.

Nice concept. Bathrooms needed more attention. Missing toilet paper. They definitely need to train their to go staff on being more customer service friendly (Slade). Why work customer service if you don't wanna be here. I've had better service at a cheap fast food restaurant.

Great experience exceptional service great friendly staff. A tiny piece of the cone broke and they wanted to give me a new one that's nice. need better flavors
My daughter and I went in today around 2 pm and sat at that counter. We sat there for around 10 minutes with no less than 4 workers behind the counter, they were chatting away while one man made a strawberry milkshake. I felt horrible when my teenager asked if we had sat at the wrong area because no one was coming to help us, she said well I guess we should have sat at the tables. She was the one that asked if we could leave because she was starting to feel uncomfortable. They were not busy and there was plenty of staff, I guess we were the wrong color, or the wrong gender or they just didn’t feel that we were worth servicing. We went across the street to Baskin Robbins instead and were treated very well. So sad for a company that has given excellent service in the past.

New paper cups at half the size for the same price is a big disappointment. The ice cream melts before you get 1/4 the way through. Reduce the price or bring back the styrofoam cups and larger size!
