Delivery sucks. They wont break large bills even when you tell them in advance and they approved over the phone. They don't communicate to the drivers what to expect and send them to the wrong address.

I have been a customer for years. I tried to place a delivery order last night and was told she couldn't find my number and then told they didn't deliver here. And she was rude. Today I talked to a manager and he found my number and address but would not do anything because I didn't get her name. He was rude also but did confirm they do deliver here and was able to find me in their system. I will not be back!

After reading some reviews I was very skeptical at first about ordering from here.BUT, we’ve been ordering from here for the past couple months and I have never had a bad experience. The food always comes out good, delivery is prompt, and the drivers are always nice. ?

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. I ordered 2 hours prior to make sure the pizza was ready to go when we arrived. When we did arrive, there were 15 people ahead of me in line. It was 5 full minutes before an associate even came to the counter. I got a large pizza, and with Domino's deals on medium pizzas, I knew instantly that my pizza was done and waiting when I arrived. The problem was that it was amidst about 50 pizzas that were also done. I stood in line for 30 minutes to pick up a pizza that had been done since before I arrived. The dudes in the back were working hard and making probably a pizza or two every minute. The girl who was working the register obviously didn't care. She couldn't find the pizzas of the people who had already ordered because there were literally 50 pizzas waiting on her to give them away. She was in no rush, though, and would wander around looking at pizzas occasionally with no apparent direction. People would come to the front, tell her their name, then she'd look and tell them their pizza wasn't there then have an awkward moment with each person basically saying "I dunno what your want me to do, your pizza isn't done". People were cutting in line with no one to give order or direction. Literally, any other way of doing business would have been better. She could have probably just called names from the boxes of pizza and thinned the line, or when she watched people cut, ask them to return to the end of the line. I started intervening to help her out. If someone hadn't paid, she had to type in the credit card manually. That's a systemic and management problem. You can't be giving out free pizzas and then not be able to take a credit card. Not to mention, everyone who ordered more than one pizza had to return for incorrect or incomplete orders, which only slowed the process more.It was terrible. Spend the extra 5 bucks, go somewhere else and save yourself 30 minutes of waiting for a pizza that was done before you got there.
