Ordered chicken bowls. The whole bowl was rice with about a tablespoon of the rest of the items including the chicken. I was shocked. All bowls were the same. They did this the last time I was here so, needless to say, I will not return. Don't call it a chicken bowl with no visable chicken.

First time to eat at this location. I haven't had Pollo Loco in a really long time. We got the 8 piece family meal. The food tasted great, it was still nice and hot when we got home. We were helped my Claudia. She was great. She was friendly and got our food to use very quickly. Would definitely visit this location again.

It's awesome to know that when a double chicken tostada salad is ordered at the window take out. Fresh chicken and vegetables goes excellent with the famous cilantro ranch dressing. Took this home to munch. All tasty.
Great place to eat but don't ask for any changes or substitutions or they will get a bit upset, other than that love the chicken.
