Firehouse is a great place to visit. It is quite spacious but sometimes it can get too busy. However, I understand and appreciate that it's not their fault and it's a good thing for them. But during peak hours, it can become a bit overwhelming.

This place was horrible. We had to wait 1 hours for a tables to be forgot about and still not get table we paid for bowling was told we had to wait two hours never got to bowl there was extending peoples play time when we was already waiting. L I asked for a refund took me and my family and left And still have not received my refund.

I’ve tried coming here a couple times and treated poorly too many times! Discrimination is really real here! It’s very unfortunate… the first time it happened I recorded the incident thinking it was me taking things wrong NOPE very much treated bad! Service sucks and food is just ok at best…
