Came here after work with a coworker after seeing the menu online. I ordered the lil bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and the caramel shake. I didn't know they don't sell combos here which caught me by surprise. So my total just for what I ordered plus a tip came to almost $30. But for a once in a while treat this is definitely a good option. The caramel shake was divine. I wanted to order another to go, that's how good it was. If you're new to the area the location is right in the same shopping center as Freddy's so if you see them, you've likely passed it up. I will definitely come back here on my cheat days

After eating here, I went to the bathroom to wash up and saw a roach walking down the hallway by the soda machines. Yuck. Wish I hadn’t seen it. Burger was soggy and falling apart. Buns are weak. Expensive food and poor quality.

Burgers are great. Fries are always undercooked and soft, almost raw. But that’s how they usually cook them, apparently that’s normal for them.Now that burgers are $15 I won’t be ordering again. Too bad because the food was great. With Uber delivery fee, ordering burgers and shakes for 2 people was almost $70. No thank you.

I had lunch there today with a few buddies. The restaurant was clean and empty. The two employees behind the counter were friendly. I ordered a bacon burger and a Coke. $18.00!! Yes, $18 for a burger and a Coke. I would have gotten french fries but they are another $7 for a regular serving. The hamburger was mediocre at best. I really don't like leaving native reviews but this place is a rip off.
Food is amazing.Service is even better. We've been here twice and both times the service was outstanding. Once the manager approached us to ask if everything was alright.Establishment is clean, and it's not crowded.

Wow, not sure what happened to this place but it is better than ever. We've been before about a year ago and were not impressed. Things have changed! The woman that took my order was so patient and kind. After a long day, it was a very nice feeling. The burger was absolutely the best I've ever had. Fries were wonderfully crispy and salted. Clean tables, clean place. We will be visiting again next week. 10/10, amazing!

Kind of a bummer of an experience in my opinion. The staff were friendly, the service was extremely slow for being the only guest waiting on food. But the food was kinda awful, the buns were completely soggy (we ate in so there was no travel time) the burgers weren't all sauced up it, they were just so soggy and un toasted. To add to it, the patties were so dry. Another bummer point was that for 2 burgers, 2 drinks, a hot dog and fry it was almost $50 which is a bit much as I can get much more at in-and-out. I wouldn't recommend this five guys. :(
