My favorite spot to eat and has the best pizza in Bakersfield! We are super proud of Fredo and how he's been able to bring this place to life! We love sitting at the bar and learning about their signature cocktails and the expertise of the bartenders! Best vibes downtown!

The food and drinks are awesome. My son and niece kept telling me about how great this place is, and I agree with them after trying it for the first time. In fact, both the food and drinks make you feel like you are eating at a top restaurant in LA or Orange County. I really hope this place takes off and stays open for a long time. Our town needs more quality restaurants like this. The service was also amazing. If this place was in a better location and had better ambience, it would literally be a perfect place for dinner on a Friday or Saturday night. For now, I know my wife and I will be going here again and again.

The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. Honestly, the food and drinks make you feel you are in an upscale restaurant in LA or Orange County. If this place was in a better location with better design inside, it would blow up so fast and become very popular. I really hope people go here and make sure this place stays open. I intend to go here a lot and support this restaurant becaue both my wife and I loved the food and drinks. The service was also amazing.

I love Fredo's. It's not perfect and that's fine but the pizza might be. The drinks are well made and unique. The pesto pizza is perhaps the greatest thing on earth (slight drama). Servers can be hit or miss, and the spot could probably be done up to be a little nicer but it's still very nice inside. But the food...the food is so damn good.

Dinner was great! The cocktails were also very good. They had variety of cocktails to choose from and all at a reasonable price. The service provided by Viri was incredible. She was super nice and attentive even though she was very busy. Overall nice place for dinner. Definitely recommend.

She was not only attentive but also incredibly kind, polite, and detailed in her recommendations. Her warm demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. The pizza at Fredos Pizza was good, but it was the pasta that stole the show. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it was the best part of the entire meal. From what we were told, this was a limited Valentine's special and not something on the daily menu. While the restaurant was a bit noisy, the overall decor created a nice, casual vibe. It added to the relaxed atmosphere and made for a comfortable dining experience. Despite the noise, we found ourselves enjoying the ambiance and the energy of the place. In conclusion, if you're looking for a restaurant with great service and good food, Fredo's Pizza is a great place to try. The attentive and friendly service, in combination with the delicious pork belly pasta and pizza made our Valentine's visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Firstly, Fredo’s should have a line out the door. This last visit was my second and it did not disappoint. Fredo’s has the best Caesar salad in town. A friend and I selected the salmon and pear pizza….DELICIOUS! So flavorful, loved the contrast between the sweetness of the pair and the bit of tart from the balsamic vinegar, then you get the rich flavor of the salon. Loved it.I encourage drinks before dinner, I’m usually a vodka tonic gal, but I like to try new things and I believe Fredo’s has curated an original drink selection. I ordered the ”Pardon my French,” a martini drink composed of vodka, passion fruit, lemon and lavender; it was sweet but not overly, what a treat. Our server was wonderful, she made some excellent recommendations. My first visit to Fredo’s was with my husband and another couple, my husband was initially concerned about only pizza on the menu. Ultimately, he was impressed with the originality of the pizza selections, ingredients and of course taste. So don’t be put-off by the pizza only menu.I normally don’t rate interior design, but I appreciated the simple but elevated design of the dining room and bar. I don’t care for over-designed and loud piped-in music. I enjoyed that my friend and I could enjoy and excellent meal without having to raise our voices. Highly recommend.

Me and my fiancé had been wanting to try fredos out so we came for a date night. The food was amazing we got the pistachios pizza and the pepperoni pizza. It came out hot and fresh. It was a good mix of salty and sweet and creamy. The customer service was amazing, Viri was serving us and no matter how busy it got she made time for me and my fiancé. She recommended the pizzas and also the drinks. 10/10 will be returning for another date night.

I've been here multitudes and the food is always amazing! I'm a salad girl and the Cesar salad is one of my favs! Everything is always so fresh and such a cool vibe for date night! Definitely check this place out!

I'm truly disappointed with our experience at this pizza restaurant. Our party of six, celebrating a 50th birthday, had a reservation at 7 PM. We ordered apps and drinks and put in our order about 7:30z. We waited for 1.5 hours before inquiring about our order of three pizzas, only to be told they were out of dough and couldn't fulfill our order. The lack of communication and the long wait left us with a rather sour taste in our mouths. Management needs to be much better. So much for a celebration!

Really cool place and a cool vibe and good service. Wish we liked the pizza more than we did.. Best thing about the pizza was the garlic confit on one of the pizzas we ordered.. Hope they can pull it off, but for us it was just a little pricy for what we got...

This place is a joke. On a Friday night they only have 2 servers and a bartender on for 8 tables and a bar top, you would think they could handle it but sadly they can't. I ordered a drink with my bf and he got his and mine is waiting there after ten minutes then someone finally notices and brings it to me while i'm staring at it the whole time. After two hours they tell us that they ran out of dough (even though the only main menu ideas are pizza) which is ridiculous because how do you not count inventory before starting the day to place orders. She couldn't take off our whole check because apparently she wasn't allowed but I'm damn sure the owner could cover it since the pizzas we didn't get were around $50 Don't even bother coming here because service will ignore you until they actually need to tell you they ran out of everything before giving you a heads up. I thought they were a new business but they been open long enough and still don't know how to run a restaurant. Maybe have actual managers on board when it's busy nights to actually run the restaurant correctly. Pathetic.

It was difficult finding out how to make a reservation as yelp and google did not list a number but once I looked at their instagram page I figured it out pretty quickly. The drinks are phenomenal and all of the food was delicious! The service was great as the employees were very attentive. Will be coming back again
