Go somewhere else. Service is poor. Additionally be mindful that closing time is inaccurate....seen customers turned away at 10pm on a Friday night because they had already done a "last call". I have been here 6 times... this is the last. High hopes and continued disappointment is all I receive. ✌️

Standard hooters. Had the games on. Not enough help on GameDay, so didn't have interaction with my server. Food came out correct but wings were small and for the price not worth it. Beer was cold. They needed more help.

GREAT PLACE TO WATCH A GAME. Called morning before coming here and both bartender and manager answered my questions with ease. i got here before game and wings were better than competition. A little pricey though. The manager changed all the t.v.s to the game and put the audio on. I will definitely be back for MNF. the staff is very attentive and food came out quick.

This place I've given 2 chances. 1st time, I was treated poorly and the waitresses ignored me. We never got a refill on any of our drinks. It was not busy, food came out late to where I thought they forgot our order. The second time, my boyfriend was ignored and he asked politely for no cheese. Hooters took the burger back, and claimed it was a new burger that was made. When they scraped off the cheese, still leaving some cheese on it and served it back to us. If the health department really checks their food, they shouldn't put a burger back in the kitchen that was in someone's hands. We will never be back.

Food was ok but not for the price. I came cause I had a free 10 piece wing birthday coupon. Apparently they don't redeem those kinds of coupons at this hooters cause they're not a corporate store but the manager still gave me the coupon. My server kaylee I think it was, kept coming to our table and rolled her eyes at everything we said. She would come and just stand at our table so weird. Idk if she was on drugs or what. It was funny at first but then she kept coming and telling us she wanted to go on break and that her food was getting cold. We still left a 10$ tip on a 70$ bill that she rushed for us to pay cause god bless her heart. She probably came to our table like 12 times to just stare at us. Mind you I had a huge beer so I couldn't just down it. I mean it was funny and really bless her heart but I'll make sure to sit at the bar next time.

I went in for the hooters atmosphere and I got pack of raisins and two packs of abc gum. The hamburger was great though.

Before yesterday the last time I was at ‘Hooters’ was about 5-8(?) years ago. Glad to see the nice eye candy hasn’t changed, ‘Hooters’ never disappoints with that. Our waitress did (unprompted) keep mentioning that they were really busy and that it might take a while for us to get our food. That was kinda weird.And when we got our food it was only… just basic. I got the buffalo shrimp and the steamed shrimp. Both were just “OK”, nothing special, and both were not cooked well. Will I go back? Yes, every restaurant can have an off night. Plus it’s a good place to hang with the boys. I’ll just cross my fingers that the food tastes better next time.

I've been serving for 9 years and whenever I go out I always tip at least 20%. The service was so bad that we left nothing. Tmara came and got our order and after that she never came back to check on us and we had finished our drinks with no offers of refills or even water. She didn't even know we hadn't received the rest of our fries because she was too busy talking in the corner and never came by. We had to go up to her in order to get our check and when she wasn't left a tip she followed us outside yelling like she was actually going to do something lol. Do better! You have no skills in serving or hospitality.

Worst wings I've had, they were VERY dry. We literally ate maybe two wings and just left.
Usually we have a great experience here but not today. When we arrived just after 1pm (Saturday football preseason) the place wasn't that busy and we got seated right away. The service started out great but right then after that all went down hill. It took about 15 minutes to get our appetizer order in then about another 15 minutes to place our order. As time went by we were involved in our conversation and noticed it had been about 30 minutes and we still hadn't gotten our appetizers. We waved down the hostess and she explained they were behind and we understand because since covid nobody wants to work anymore but it would have been nice if we were informed about the delay and we informed her that if it was going to take longer we would just cancel our order. Finally about 10 minutes later we get some of our appetizers and ordered items then another 10 minutes or so go by we get the rest of our order. Our food was alright looking like it was pulled just before the timers went off. The only exception was the Cheese steak sandwich with the waffle cut frys, that order was delicious. We get our ticket and you would think that they would have at least credited at one of the appetizers. Next time you walk into this establishment, ask if they have enough staff to serve their guest.

Soooo are all young beautiful waitresses of today entitled??? Here's what happened, I'm sitting there hanging with my boyfriend and his work peeps drinking beer listening to them talk shop. One of the guys ordered something chickeny. When the order arrives, the waitress asks who they belong to and we point to the guy who ordered it and she looks at me who is two people away from her and she says, "will you pass these down to him?" Like why?? Because I'm a woman??? I look her in the eye without missing a beat and firmly say, "no that's not my job..." She had the nerve to give me attitude! Like seriously? I realize that maybe she is used to guys doing what she wants but apparently she didn't notice my pheromones are not male! Also one of our friends had to get the beer she ordered because it was just sitting there at the bar for a while, while the waitresses were just standing around like a bunch of mindless Stepford wives batting their lashes .. Now I know why I don't frequent this place.

Took my best friend out for his birthday the Hooters he's never been to Hooters and I've been at this Hooters many times and one of the servers just had a real snooty attitude grumpy seem like she hated her job is the worst experience I've ever experienced at a Hooters if your servers don't like their job and what you what they have to wear for their job then maybe they should go work elsewhere
