I usually love jack and heard this one opened near me I tried going twice like maybe the first time wasn’t the best but when I went the second time my tacos had so much oil on them and then my fries were hard and stale just like the first time I went and there was a Little Rock in my bag I’m not sure how that got

Just ordered for my whole family and all of our food was cold and stale definitely can tell whoever they have in there is cutting all corners very unsatisfied and upset that I spent almost 50 dollars here and got ripped

Service is horrible and the staff is always rude. They always close the store at night when they aren't suppose to and make up some bogus excuse as to why they are closed. So sick of this jack in the box how is it even still open

Food always takes more than 20 minutes to make. Customer service is horrible. You get your order faster through the drive-thru. Every Jack in the Box in this town is like this.

Went early in the morning a few days ago, and when i looked at my bank, i noticed i got charged 15 bucks for three cans of red bull. When on the site and store it's 2.99. This is a warning to everyone to double check your receipt.
