Im not one to write reviews but, Ive tried to give this place its chances. The food never seems to be fresh and when I asked for the manager she took awhile because she was on her phone! She was super rude and does not seem to be doing her job! If she doesnt like it there she can leave! But I will no longer be eating at this establishment ever again.

Come on Jack n the box Beyond disappointing. Store 4384 on olive dr Sloppy sandwich. Lettuce & tomato inside Terrible , bun Stale Fries were Not freshENDED UP THROWING IT AWAYThe only thing that was fine was the coke. For the price we have to pay for fast food now , you can at least provide us with a WOW.

Took way too long to get someone to talk to us in the drive through, she was rude and wasn’t listening. I specifically said plain on my chicken sandwich and she even put it on the screen but it came regular, then we ask for the managers number and she said she was the manager so we ask for a hire up or corporates number and she wouldn’t give us it. We ask for her name to write a complaint and she gave us attitude and wouldn’t give us her name. Terrible service for people being payed 20$ an hour.

Elder abuse I was not allowed to use the bathroom , Manager says customers only I need to purchase something, policy rule , I ask if I can first use the bathroom and manager said "No, have to purchase something first. ' I had a accident. No common courtesy in this establishment.

I go to this jack in the box quite often and they can NEVER get my order right. I understand that most of the staff is teenagers but it's ridiculous. I don't understand how it's so hard to get an order right. I have worked in a restaurant and i simply cannot comprehend how orders can get so messed up. yesterday my fiancé ordered one jr jack with regular fries and one double bacon cheeseburger with fries. he received one jr jack and one chicken sandwich, no fries and no double bacon cheeseburger. he then had to go back through the drive through to re-order his food that should've been made correctly the first time. tonight we went through the drive through and had ordered a jr jack and a REGULAR fry as well as a couple other items and we had received all curly fries. no wonder these people are working at fast food restaurants, they can't even put together a simple order. i never ever write reviews but this is ridiculous, the employees at this location really work hard for their $15.50 an hour. I guess it is my mistake is going back.

The food is sooooo good. I got the Jack's spicy chicken sandwich and it was soooooooooooo scrumptious. Perfect and delicious in every way. I usually don't like tomatoes but they taste good on it. The fries are yummy and so is the ranch :)!! My friend ordered the #16 chicken teriyaki bowl and she said it's scrum-dittly-umptious. She recommends getting a side of teriyaki sauce! She also ordered the egg roll and she said it was greasy this (good greasy don't worry). Then we also ordered jalapeño poppers and those were delish as always. The service was good and my friend said the worker was super cute. The ambiance was very put-together and professional.
