Went in for the first time today and had a great lunch. Had a tuna fish mini, it was tasty and the price was right. Service was super nice and friendly. Food was prepared promptly and well right infront of me. Am very curious to try more food. Will be back soon.

Workers are so awkwardly good attitude to new and/or old customers who coming here and ordering. They good following up with customers who order in mobile app. They want to make sure everything is followed up with policy to respect customers and their orders. Nice! Warning: little full parking lot to park. Few tables and chairs to grab.

Six people there no one answered phone order when I got there the redheaded girl acted like I wasn't there waited 10 minutes then she walked to the back 10 minutes later a guy took my order need a manager & customer service

Very slow service. Understand it was busy but to watch workers waiting for an item to cook while there were multiple subs to be made was tough to watch.

I almost never write a review, but after todays incident I felt compelled to say something. Hopefully this can be used as learning moment and management will eventually try to change their employees terrible attitudes. I walked in to order a simple sandwich and the employees were too busy to notice customers. When they did finally decide to help they asked the last patron who walked on what they wanted to order and ignored everyone else who had been waiting. When this was pointed out an employee rudely explained we all needed to stand in a different place and just continued to ignore customers. All of the other employees were standing around or doing other things. The atmosphere was terrible, the customer service was terrible and I walked out of there without buying anything. This is the second time I have tried to buy a sandwich from this location and a version of this has happened. Im not coming back. If you want to be treated with disdain and attitude this is the sandwich shop for you

I really like Jersey Mike's- for me it beats Subway hands down and edges out Jimmy John's (we don't have one here do we?), too! I had a California Club with their gluten free bread (made by Udi's). I wish the gluten free bread came in the sizes of their sandwiches - it seemed a little on the small side to me but other than that it was a delicious sandwich!

I went to Jersey Mike's and ordered their cheese steak beef with portobello mushrooms and asked for extra veggies. I also ordered another without extra veggies and two BBQ sandwiches. All were so dry. No extra veggies and I didn't taste or feel one mushroom. And I'm not sure why since I was the only one there so there was no rushing. I had BBQ sauce at home to make up for the dryness on those but not for mine.

Went for a hot pastrami. There is no hot pastrami on the menu, and had to improvise. It was busy and a little pricey. However, pretty good sandwiches. It was worth it. Atmospher could use some music while waiting in line.
I walk in and this girl in front of me has a dog and almost all the staff is petting the dog. After she left no one washed their hands. I ended up throwing my sandwich away because if they didn’t wash their hands after petting a dog I’m sure they don’t wash their hands after going to the restroom.

The food was sooooo good, me and my besties were having our annual lunch after the school year ends. I ordered the #7 mikes way (a Turkey sandwich) and mmMmmmM so delicious. Friend #1 ordered the #3 mikes way with no onions and she says it was the best sandwich she'd ever had. Friend #2 ordered #13 mikes way with no tomatoes and she said it was very good. The harvest cheddar chips and regular Pepsi were perfect sides. The cashier was very nice and helpful. She was also very funny and sociable. They were playing some groovy music. The ambience is upbeat and chill. I strongly recommend it!!!

The floor was very sticky, the counters were not wiped down, it took forever to get our sandwiches even though there were 5 people back there just standing around. The sandwiches were sloppy and not tasty at all.
