argued with a lady who was trying to kick my brother, who is a toddler, out of the bathroom. food was bad, games were broken. also let's people wearing kink gear in!! yikes !' i liked this place as a kid and idk if its cause i got older but this place has downgraded edit: the staff was nice. my only problem was all the customers :/

Went here yesterday and the food and drinks are good tho this place has changed since some of the games are old and kinda outdated plus I got scammed of my credits and I couldn't even play the games plus the prizes are kinda wack like it would be a bit better if they jacked them up to like a $10 gift card but hey at least the girl behind the ticket counter was cute and nice ngl ;)~

The food sucks now no fun for the kids because most of the games doesn't work employees just walk around like they in walking dead manager has no knowledge about anything the cook in the back making the ? why you keep cooking the same pizza ? over and over again no more chicken now its chicken nuggets and please beware of your ? ? food leave on them dishwasher you tryna food ☠ the kids terrible leaks in the party room water coming out the floor terrible need more game attendees and rides helper the ticket booth loo

Took the kiddos out for a fun day during Spring break. The prices are reasonable and there's a convenient kiosk available for purchasing food and game cards. The food is as good as you can imagine for a buffet at this price. We especially liked the cheese bread and the Alfredo pasta. The kids loved the choices of desserts and had a blast designing their own ice cream and cinnamon roll concoction. There is even an Icee machine! The games/rides were the highlight of our experience. There is an actual roller coaster type ride and a mini golf course as well as tons of cool games for all ages. Can't wait to bring the kiddos back for more fun!

Came for a simple family dinner and the so called manager up front made it an extremely unpleasant trip. First time using the kiosk in order to get inside and simply asking one question was returned with so much attitude it's astonishing that THATS a manager. So un helpful. Working in customer service myself I expect the same courtesy when going out but that was definitely not received. Extremely dissatisfied and very disappointed as John's Incredible Pizza is always such a great staple.

Best play center in Bakersfield. Excellent location for birthday parties and more. Arcade, and rides all in once location. Pizza is even decent....lol ?
This is the second time I have gone to this place and to be honest I probably won't be back. It was so dirty it seems cleanliness is not priority I had to clean my own table in order to sit my party the food was like a 3 out of 10 and half of the games were broken and they just took my credits I did not even try to argue for a refund on those credits because I just wanted the party to be over to apologize to my guest for taking them there I wouldn't recommend this place at you are better off odering pizza from somewhere else
