We got takoyaki today to try it we were having a day of trying little things from different restaurants, the server on the phone was very polite and patient we walk in great customer service we hear them give the women in front of us free ginger and that has been one of my pregnancy cravings but store bought is so bad so we asked for some as well and the “owner”(not sure if he is or not) scoffed asked him to repeat then made a snide remark about how ginger goes with the rolls. He brings it to us shows us out and continues to scoff at us as we leave. The takoyaki was horrible very VERY gooey inside stingy with the sauce and the octopus was not even barely a sliver of meat with only one tiny piece of octopus in it. Service horrible food was worse paying $12 for gooey fried bread is insane along with such a rude owner. The only thing we’ve had that’s good there so far is the teokbokki but still seems way too pricey in my opinion and very very sweet with little amount of food. Stingy with serving size for the price rude customer service and almost uncooked food, very disappointing.

Came here for lunch with some friends recently and the vibes were great. They ordered before I got there so I don't k ow exactly what they ordered but I do know we had pickled veggies, some type of fish, pork, and some seasoned beef. It was a good experience for my first time being there. The waiter was nice and they weren't too busy or crowded. I do wish they had a better variety of sauces though. I can't do spicy and that was one of the options they give you.

The food was actually pretty good. The service was amazing. Our waiter Luke made the experience worthy of a return. The food had good flavor and a everyone was pretty pleased. The atmosphere was a little dark, it was actually a little cold in the restaurant and the tables surrounding us were covered with additional supplies. I think it's fair to say that it's worth giving it a shot. Our party sampled a variety of different foods and it all had good flavor.

$60 for two take out plates of bulgogi beef, miso soup was cold, they were stingy with the sauce, and didn’t even fill up a styrofoam plate with meat and rice. How are you going to be so stingy for 5¢ of sauce on a $30 plate? They just want me to eat dry meat. Would not recommend.

I would prefer my meal without yelling and a horrible atmosphere… Started off really nice our service was quick and we got to cooking. Food overall is Great.…The main problem arose when our waiter switched our grill to an open fire grill and HE placed OUR rib eye steak down to cook. Now we did not think anything of it until the fire started jumping out due to the grease… As this started to happen our waiter was taken to the kitchen by the restaurant manager/owner and he started getting yelled at SO BAD. He was getting torn up for putting our steak on an open fire GAS grill, which is clearly a FIRE HAZARD. They begin arguing over fixing the issue while me and my friend who hear all of this VERY CLEARLY, simply removed the steak and waited for them to come out and fix the issue. Needless to say we waited a while because the employees would rather argue, and ruin the vibe, then act like professionals. No one ever came out, no one ever apologized for the awkward situation, and when they did switch our grill we already felt so uncomfortable there was no more enjoying this meal. I had high hopes for the vibe here but it left a me with a VERY bad feeling, I felt so bad for the waiter, and would honestly rather spend time at a restaurant that is more welcoming and less like a dramatic Gordon Ramsay episode…

When we had done like half of the meat, I asked him again for the rice since he didn’t bring it. Doing the time he was serving some people right next to us he accidentally dropped the water which is Splash on me and then he poured water to my son’s cup and hit the thing on top of us and I got wet in my head and my shoulder not a lot just a little bit. The food was OK but sadly, the service was extremely poor. It was in the service fault it was made there were no other servers and on Thursday the 4 2024 around 1 PM or so. This was my second time eating here and I don’t think I will be repotting this again.Parking: The front entrance has holes so you have to go through the back so you can park and leave your car without worrying about those holes.
