The food here is amazing! Honestly, if you don't go here you missing out. The service is amazing because they will remember everything you say without writing it down. I love the way they have the restaurant decorated, and they also have reservations for large parties. The last time we went there they had a party of 20 inside the restaurant but outside they had like about 40 people having a party of some sort. I recommend this place.

This was my first time here. Came for a birthday party. Service was good! Generous pour of Chardonnay. My enchiladas were kind of bland. Rice and beans were yummy!

The service was excellent, my waitress was very attentive, but the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered the Mexican molcajete and the sea molcajete, and they both tasted strange, like they used canned pizza sauce instead of fresh molcajete sauce. The sea tasted very tasteless and like pure water.

It's a 2.5 for me. At first, I was excited to try this spot, and then I walked into the restaurant, and the music that was on wasn't on shuffle, which made the experience awful to the ears because who can actually listen to Carin Leon for a whole meal. The appetizer was Guacamole, which was actually good but as always lacks the real authentic guac flavor of chile serrano, cilantro, and lime. The salsa was watery and wasn't special. Some of the chips were over salted, and the horchata was really bland. The rice was simply white rice with food coloring, and the veggies tasted like they literally came out the frozen bag no flavor whatsoever. The beans were beans. The chicken mole flavor was on point. I ordered the chicken chimichanga, and I asked for no cheese on beans or on the changa, and when my plate came out, guess what? Yes, it came with cheese. The changa was basically made with the bland rice and dry chicken deep fried and served. Yes, I ate some because I hadn't eaten that morning, and it was hitting lunchtime. Another thing I didn't like about this place was when our food came out, it came out separate. So my friends food was served first and then I got served almost 10 minutes later. At the end of it all, no one came to our table to ask if we wanted to pay. We sat there and waited and waited and waited until finally my friend got up to start a line to pay and yes I say line because right in back of him was 2 other tables who hadn't been asked if they wanted to pay either. So, to wrap this up, I tried it and didn't care for it, so I will not return.

They've really spruced up the place and Juan feels more secure dining in or out, gee I don't know if you can eat outside, it was/is winter on my visit with visiting friends who while visiting from Salvador had selected this winner for dinner with plenty to take home too.

Decided to take my dad there for his birthday based on the good reviews and I was extremely disappointed. The food was ok but it took about 45 minutes for them to bring out our food. On top of that, they forgot to bring out simple things like napkins, utensils, straws, etc. It was hard to get our servers attention and anyone else’s for that matter. To top it off, the live mariachi was fine at first but after one or two songs, they would play right next to you while you tried to eat and basically hound you for money (request a song). Overall, the service was bad and the atmosphere was not for us.
