Rice was hard and under cooked and whatever you do, do not ask if the salsa is hot, it triggers her to be Ugly And Rude. Not sure why she is in business. I was told her name is Audrey. Wow! Unbelievable you would think a Business owner would want to draw people in. Also Unbelievable is there is a Catering business.

This place used to be good and have the best customer service. But, I called and the person who answered the phone was rude trying to rush me, when I already knew what I wanted. Well needless to say, I don't take well to being treated that way and I'll take my business to a place I know is great "Wood-Dale Market"

I went in for the first time, drove by for a while but just didn’t stop, so I finally did, met an older man I believe was the owner he was very nice, just got a menu and left after a while talking smoking ribs techniques, wanted to try after he confirmed there pork ribs were smoked style cooked dry rubbed seasoned, returned and purchased two rib plates and requested side of extra ribs, well I have nothing bad to say about this gentleman I met but the ribs were not truly smoked looked like they were grilled or baked then put in a smoker just to get the look no flavor, were not trimmed, membranes were not removed from the back, the potato salad was so soupy I couldn’t see the potatoes and the potatoes were hard! That’s what I get for taking someone’s word without ask for sample as I usually do Yes I’m very picky when it comes to bbq, I can’t stand business that say the know bbq and don’t or cut corners, so I gave a $30.68 dollar donation because the food was NASTY never again! I will not be back and recommend any one who wants true and honest bbq research before shelling out lots of $$, I blame myself live and learn?? NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!

The pulled pork sandwich was really bad so we decided to return it the cashier didn't want to accept a refund and told us to give it to someone else. If we can't eat because it's taste so bad what made she thinks other people would eat it. This place has such a bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to try this place. Food is not eveb that great.

Got their pulled pork from the farmers market. Most bland meat tasted like paper I've ever had. Really disappointing. Couldn't eat it was gaging and they wouldnt take it back

I've tried to push through the rude customer service they provide but today was the final straw. The owner answers the phone and takes the orders so there's no bypassing the rude customer service. She doesn't care that she loses business either. She's condescending and acts like it's an inconvenience to answer questions you have. This has been my interaction every time I have ordered here. My last order, she took my money via Venmo and did not have my order when I showed up for my pick up time. Her store is a mess! Stuff everywhere. I don't know how they stay open.

Someone recommended me this place, but they never said the service was going to be horrible, the so called owner was very rude, condescending, disrespectful and arrogant.I had called to ask if they were open as the hours on thier Facebook page and Google map stated differently. By the attitude of the person that answered the phone, she seemed like she was having a bad morning and sure didn't care how she was talking to the customers, she sure showed no respect and integrity for her business. When i asked to speak to someone else, she was so proud to state, she was the owner and I could not speak to anyone else and hung up the call. If this is how she, the so called owner, treats the customers that are willing to spend over $300 dollars in meat. I can't imagine how she still has a business.I was looking for the Dino beef ribs;Which I ended up finding a better place,I recommend everyone to go to PRIME TIME BBQ, and TRIPLE A MEAT; both of these places have great customers service and exceptional meat products, they do treat thier customers with respect and professionalism.
