Man my second time visited this place on oswell ans niles first time their forgat my cookies and now second time I ordered a happy meal to my kid and some Mc chickens went I got home didn't put the kid cheeseburger I'm not goingt to visit this place not more ??

They sometimes forget food, and i have to go back to pick up order for someone im living with. It gets annoying. Also, i know its mcdonalds but some of the workers have very poor attitudes.
Drive thru line was ridiculously long, and it’s difficult to even get into the parking lot let alone get out. Will not be returning due to the layout of the McDonald’s.

Do not come here unless you wanted to be treated like dirt. The workers all want to do is talk and not take orders. And when asked if they going to take our order the women in the front said with attitude in a moment and continued talking with each other. And when we finally got our food they didn't give us our coffee and when asked about the coffee they responded with attitude saying you didn't get it yet because it's not ready, so you will get it when it is. And they continued talking with one another. I come here often since it's around the corner of my house but not anymore. These new people they have highered are worthless and treated with such disrespect when asked simple questions.

The food is as expected, no disappointment there... but the service is really slow. It appears, the few times I visited this McDonald's, that they were short staffed. However, staff was friendly and welcoming.

I went into the drive through where my order was correctly take. Two plain cheeseburgers. They gave it to me with onions so I went back. The second time they gave it with everything so I stayed and said this isn’t right. They began to act like I was the issue when I asked for plain cheeseburgers. I don’t know if they didn’t hear me but they were rude and messed my order up twice in a row.
