Worse McDonald's in Bakersfield. Literally put in my order no onions, called after I placed the order just to double make sure there is no onions in my burger.... How I got my burger delivered to me. So disappointing!!!!

Terrible food. Horrible customer service. I ordered online but code ever showed and the guy refused to help me find it so I end up having to go inside and he was still rude and refused to help. Food was prepared poorly and tough/rubbery. Totally not worth the price

Genuinely one of the laziest McDonalds ever. Idk if it's cause there's nothing but kids in there but my food is always just seemingly thrown together, the girls at the window are usually nice but those 5 seconds of nice interaction are not worth the prices and quality of the food. It's a shame because they're super close to me but they never can make my food accurately or efficiently. I've been going to the McDonalds on Wible and Panama, the food is 10x better it's just way further out of my way. And also, fix the hours. You guys haven't stayed open till 2 for months. Edit: So after leaving my review I noticed it said that the hours were updated 2 months ago, my little cousins wanted McDonalds so I decided to go by and see if maybe the hours did get fixed and no. It was 1:00 and they said they closed at 2:00 but when I got to the menu the woman immediately said "we're closed" no biggy I just ended up going to Taco Bell but it's irritating because if you don't wanna be open till 2 that's fine just don't claim that you are.

it was a bad experience. we had to wait about like 50 minutes for our food to come out. someone else also came inside but they got our food before us. while we were first but 50 minutes just not to get the complete order they forgot some stuff. while they are literally busy talking to people instead of working.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Can rarely get your order right and then are offended when you bring it to their attention. There have been several occasions when we have ordered (in the drive through or door dash) a chicken nugget happy and don’t receive the chicken nuggets.

I love your food, got 2 double cheeseburger with no mustard no pickles and extra onions but everytime I go I never get extra onions so next time I go in not drive thru though I went for the free medium fries no salted that was goodMy Sis Mary, our Friend Justin were there too we each used our apps at same time and you were out of ice cream before 11PM because they put everything away but they got shakes though.Anyways, take care.

I spent 60 dollars worth of food at McDonald's just for me to get two sauces back . The lady serving , I don't know if it was the manager or just an employee had awful customer service and an attitude . The place is dirty too .

What a joke of a location, management leaves MUCH to be desired. Training is sorely lacking. I waited 30 minutes for a dine in kiosk order just to get my customizations ignored and my order served to go. There was a woman waiting 20 minutes for a diet coke, no joke. District Manager needs to do a complete overhaul. This location is overrun by careless teens. The only one trying to help was the poor manager, he needs to hire a completely new crew. Ditch the kiosks and bring back human interaction; They no longer offer in person ordering. Finding an employee is like finding a needle in a haystack. Do better.
