Super disappointed every time I come to grab food your website states your open then we arrive and your close. Please fix your hours to when you will be there.

The food is decent but I've lost count of how many times I've driven ALL the way across town just for them to be CLOSED WHEN THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. Maybe you should actually BE THERE WHEN YOUR BUSINESS HOURS SAY. Inconsiderate and inconvenient.

I'm so disappointed with the quality of salmon I had received today. I hadn't been to mimotto in a while and their quality has just gone down so bad. This salmon is rubbery and tastes fishy and it's the first I've seen it like this. So sad :( I probably won't be coming here again a waste of 40 dollars.

Love everything we have tried there. We order the baked Salmon rolls a lot and there is always a nice piece of salmon on top, not all fat under like Love Sushi

I like the food I just ordered from Mimotto. I ordered a miso soup, garlic edamame, seaweed salad, and tempura veggies. I ordered waayy more than I can eat, but it all tastes delish. I waited maybe 10 min, and that's no big deal at all. It doesn't say the name of the girl that took my order on my receipt, but she was very nice. I ordered today, Monday 7/26/21 @ 1:40pm

Mimotto used to be my favorite place but for about 6 months now seems their wait times are way to exaggerating but i kept going cause their sushi was good. Ive called my order 30 min before i get there and still have to wait another 15 min upon arrival. Some of the staff seem pretty slow it made me feel like they dont have a sense of urgency to keep the drive thru experience pleasant. I have been disappointed over their wait times for a while i feel like the owners arent keeping enough staff. Finally this last time i ordered, their food tasted different so its safe to say i wont be returning. Sadly as it was so good before i dont know if they changed chefs.

My wife and I just drove up, it says its open at 11 am it is now 12:20 pm and nobody is there to take my order.Very disappointed.

The gentleman I spoke with at the window (I believe he is the owner) was exceptionally kind and seemed very passionate about the food he served. Customer service was excellent and the food is delicious. The man also suggested I try the Matcha tea and offered me a refund if it wasn't the best in town. I had never had matcha so I couldn't compare but the beverage was tasty and I'd recommend trying it.

Every time I go to Mimotto I am so happy! I love that it's always freshly made for me, so the wait is worth it. I also love that I don't have to get out of the car with my toddler to go in somewhere and get it. Thanks Mimotto!

Food is quite good, but I sometimes worry about cleanliness
Went to this hole in the wall drive up sushi place. I ordered some basic rolls and some nigiri (fish on top of sushi rice). It took them over 30 minutes to fulfill my order. I also noticed that because the shop was the size of a large closet with 3 people working in it they propped the back door open. I saw insects and things flying around outside that could easily get in, because there was no screen door on that back door. The prices were comparable to a sit down sushi restaurant; just without any of the amenities or services. Come here if you like to wait in a drive through otherwise just go to an actual sushi restaurant because you will not save time or money coming here.

The young lady at the window was very sweet, and I have had food from here in the past that was pretty decent for drive-thru sushi; But, today I sat in line for 43 minutes only to be told when I got to the window to pick up, that what I ordered couldn’t be made. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

I'm super sad about this.... we waited 35 min in line for the worst food I have EVER had from this place! The salmon I got was a weird cut and tasted horribly! My son got the spicy tuna and it was not spicy, they forgot. Only the shrimp tempura roll was eatable. Going to look for a new place from now on. Damn
