I go here for lunch sometimes and usually the order is ready within 10 minutes. Their food is always really good and it isn't too expensive. Next time I will call ahead my order, because it gets busy during lunch time.

Excellent authentic Japanese food. Tasty, fresh, good quality and good variety of food. Not your typical choices found at most run of the mill Japanese restaurants. Service is friendly and prompt at very reasonable cost for the amount of food served. Tasty desserts, brought all the way from LA.

What a great place to eat at i really enjoyed the sushi and the chicken Katsu. The meal i ordered came with Miso soup which was also great. I do recomend this place for people who want a good Japanese meal

We love all their 3 family owned restaurants This is their small conveniently located spot at the market place for a quick bite, but if you want a nice Japanese sit down lunch dinner please go visit their OG Miyoshi on Stockdale HWY by Trader's Joe or their Ming Location. Bakersfield has grown quite a bit and many new Sushi restaurants have opened, but we still enjoy eating at their family restaurants.

This is a great place for ramen soup! Ordered the Chashu pork ramen and it was delicious! The broth is deeply flavorful, the meat was so tender, the noodles were cooked perfectly. The restaurant is clean and unpretentious, the prices are very reasonable for the portions given. Now through Dec 31st, they're including a tasty complimentary (free!) 4 pcs California roll with any ramen or noodle order. What a deal! Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a quality bowl of hot ramen!
