Great southern comfort food! Very popular place, the place was full for Saturday lunch. Service was friendly and attentive. I got the fire chicken plate with Mac & cheese, yams, and it also came with corn bread. The fried chicken had 3 big pieces, very salty, and a bit dry, but overall yummy. Mac & cheese was tasty and yams were syrupy and very sweet. I will be back try some other dishes - everything looked delicious. If I got here earlier, around brunch- I would have wanted to try the Chicken and waffles.

Stop playing with them! Oxtail dem? Nice! Small but nice! Pickup orders are a breeze with these ladies! Not a fan of the Mac&Cheese Love their food! Mostly everything is good !

Food is good. Love their catfish and fried chicken and it's the only place we know of that serves soul food and kool-aid. Service is always great! Staff is friendly and attentive to their customers. Booths could use some new cushions. Nothing like trying to get out of the hole when you're trying to get up. Otherwise, all is good. Don't go on Sundays!!! Little did we know until we opened the doors that we'd be walking into a church service. ''Excuse us Lord. We were just hungry."

Just ate here for the first time and was not disappointed. It was really good. The people that worked or ran the establishment were beyond nice and most of all, it was God driven. The people in, coming out of and running the restaurant had an love for the Lord, you just felt it. The music was also very refreshing gospel music. Thank you, it was a whole vibe.

Only tried the chicken n waffles, both had good flavor! Chicken couldve been a lil more juicier and crispier, some parts were jus tough. Waffles had a cinnamon flavor to them which i rlly enjoyed. Would possibly go back to try something more southern though!

Really good food! First time there, and not my last. I had a special request to cook my catfish in a regular batter (not cornmeal) and they did it. I had yummy catfish tacos with lightly crisped tortillas, shredded cabbage ... with on table hot sauces ... just perfect. Their fries are outstanding. Tartar sauce delicious, so much more to go back for. 5 stars.
The food was Over the Top ! ! Like Grandma used to make !I had the Pork Chops, black eyed peas, & dirty rice. All of it was perfect ! Hard to find Better these days. Most meals under $20 ! Unheard of today !

I'm not sure why, but every time we order from Mom's House they always forget to give us the tartar sauce!!! We specifically asked if there was tartar sauce in our order and the girl at the counter told us each order came with two containers of tartar sauce. My husband asked if we could get 1 more and she said yes. So we thought for sure the tartar sauce was in the bag, but when we got home, not one container of tartar sauce was in our order. I was so upset because we asked the girl at the counter and she assured us that the sauces were in the bag. A month ago we dined in, ordered fish, and they didn't even serve us tartar sauce with our plates. We waited a bit thinking the waitress would bring it but nope. We had to ask for the sauce, I don't understand why. Do they have a shortage are they rationing them out. We like eating here but the service is not that great if they can't remember simple things!
