The pictures say it all. Save your money and order one from Albertsons. Will taste better and will look better and the best part is that it'll cost less too...at least the worker was nice.

I ordered a custom cookie cake online on Friday to be picked up the following Saturday. Went to pick it up an hour after the set time and turns out it was never made. Cashier said the owner never told her. She called the owner numerous times and told me what they said to me. Cashier said she can still make it. I said fine to just make it and I’ll pick it up later. Someone needs to be in charge or be held accountable for online orders to be made at the scheduled time. Disappointing.

We all know their bake cookies are delicious and melty soft when out of the hot ovens. It just that it's not always like that consistently where it sometimes ends up like their prepackaged cookies from the supermarkets. Maybe it is when they run out but i don't work there so who knows. We all know the founder is oriented after pursuing her dream of making home made cookies for the public which has since became a very successful multi million dollar business. It's what dreams are made of. They obviously are expensive as expected like See's Candy across the way but at least their candies are consistent and they give samples.
