Usually a pretty good experience here but today I waited over 45 for an order and got skipped 3 times by in store orders that arrived after me. Usually very patient but the late crew where goofing off and were pumping out the orders at random, hope next time it’s improved. Manager was a good help after

Got there. And there was no line. We ordered but still waited for our food for about 25 min. Big portions. The long wait wasn't expected.
We came in for masubi and food and I left my bag with my entire life inside behind. This AMAZING human being took my bag and kept it safe until I frantically called and she triple checked the description was right until I was able to describe it and told me she had it from HOURS ago. Thank you so so much for your honestly and integrity! The world definitely needs more people like Nidia!! Thank you again so much you're amazing!!
Every time I visit this place, the food is amazing! The flavors remind me of a little Hawaiian BBQ place I used to visit in Lahaina, Maui. Service and atmosphere could improve, but the food itself never fails.

Ono was excellent. Great musubi, the Mac salad is ridiculously good. The short ribs and chicken were perfect. Great polite service. Would have given 5 stars but it was really warm inside. This Bakersfield and it needs to be cool indoors at all times, especially if you’re eating. I would recommend to everybody. It’s a great change from fast food. I had the Hawaiian Combo and a spam musubi, and a drink. It came out to $24.
