This is my 4th visit at this location, 2nd time ordering to go, and twice I dined in. I prefer dine in, but when in a hurry, I appreciate ordering it to go. Pho is one of my favorite soups, so good, especially on a cold or rainy day. I am a vegetarian; I always order the same menu items. Veggie Pho it is #12 on their menu under the different types of Pho. And the I get an order of their vegetarian fresh/raw spring rolls. I suggest any other vegetarians to also try Pho 88. food was delicious. i got it yesterday and will definitely be giving it another try. i got it with steak and brisketHOWEVER i had also ordered shrimp with my pho but it was nowhere to be found. i looked everywhere, under my seat, in the bag, under my tounge, and even blamed my kid but no luck. the missing shrimp almost destroyed a family. 8/10-1 for missing shrimp-1 for charging me for missing shrimp

Pho & pad Thai are amazing.We've travel the country and never found anything that comes close it.The veggie spring rolls are also very tasty.Cons: they seem to get new waiters often and don't last. The owners often has to step up.
