I was charged for crushed peppers only to go back the next day and see a young women ask for crushed peppers and with no charge.. p.s. I was asked for my phone # and e mail address so as they told me, " So we can make it up to you " but nothing has been made up.. so why ask for those things.. Wednesday, July 21, 2021.. Once again
I love Pizza Hut Pizza but was very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a PAN pizza and I paid the extra $2 for it. HOWEVER, I got a hand tossed one instead and was NOT refunded for the pan selection. I didn't noticed until all my kids ate already and I ate last so it was too late to return it. Here's my receipt showing my selections and my piece to show what we got..... disappointed.

This specific location on Panama Lane is amazing! Always have food made on time, and they usually have a good customer service, I mean you don't need much since is a carry out location no dine in, but I love the convenience of placing the order online and picking it up at this location. Only bummer. Is they don't provide complementary cheese and pepper but that's not their fault, since I'm pretty sure it comes from corporate.
